You will lead a team of Technical Product Managers (TPMs) for PTC's Kepware product line. They are responsible for being the point of contact between development and product management, translating business objectives into technical features. They provide teams with the vision and direction of the product backlog to maximize business value. They must be able to clearly communicate its technical requirements with the development team while communicating the status, impediments, and risks to the product management team.
Your Impact
The TPM team plays a crucial role in delivering great products by providing vision and direction to the engineering teams. They are responsible for being the point of contact between engineering and the business, ensuring product requirements are complete and will deliver a great user experience. As the leader of the TPM group, you will be responsible for motivating your team and helping them grow their professional skills.
Your Day-to-Day
The Manager, Technical Product Management will meet with their team members and engineering teams as needed including planning, daily standups, and reviews, to provide the department with the vision and direction they need to maximize business value. Status, impediments, and risks will be discussed with business stakeholders and resolved to keep the development pipeline moving.
Activities will include:
- Help define PTCs future direction, assisting Product Management in creating and prioritizing future projects and strategy.
- Meet with TPMs to review backlogs and validate alignment with business objectives.
- Coach TPMs on best practices on the development of Epics, Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Refine quarterly plans in conjunction with TPMs and engineering leads, being accountable for teams having clear requirements.
- Provide TPMs career guidance to help them develop their professional skills and meet their personal goals.
- Triage issues encountered, prioritizing for the appropriate scrum team.
- Attend regular interlocks with senior leadership to discuss status and impediments.
- Provide input to process and policy decisions to help improve the organization's operating efficiency.

What you'll do? The Manager of Technical Product Management will be a part of the Product Management and Strategic Marketing Team that oversees product lines for SEB Professional North America with brands Schaerer, WMF & Wilbur Curtis. The role will focus on overseeing the team that works on technical product management and project coordination. This extends from increasing the success of the existing products to assisting in the technical requirements for new products and features for future. The role will also work directly with development and production (factory) teams to bring products to life from requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Technical Product Management organization by setting clear goals and expectations as a key part of managing performance to drive business outcomes.
- Define strategic direction of Technical Product management, in alignment with Global Product development teams.
- Ownership of the product development gate process in Americas for the three brands including milestones and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and expertise for product teams, leading and coaching the Technical Product Management team.
- Regularly review products with internal stakeholders to ensure the products meet expectations.
- Work closely with Product success team to: 1) Ensure a smooth hand-off for bringing the product to market & customers. 2) Work with PS on product issues and quality topics coming back from the field.
- Lead and coordinate customer specific projects.
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps with a customer-first mindset.
- Identify talent needs for projects as needed, assuring timelines are met.
- Drive partnership and collaboration with other teams within Cardinal & Visa, including Software Development.
What you need to be successful in this role:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10 or more years of work experience. Or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) with a minimum of at least 8 years of work experience.
- Involvement in product strategy from prototyping through to field testing and successful market launch, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle.
- Field testing experience, highlighting the ability to conduct and leverage field insights for product refinement and market readiness.
- Within the Food and Beverage Equipment sector, particularly with coffee and hot dispensed beverages is a plus.
- People management experience and working with regional and global teams.
- Working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product marketing.

The role works with the Cloud Enablement Office Senior Manager and is responsible for driving Enterprise Cloud Governance Standardization, management of the Agile Process for Cloud, driving Cloud Business Office initiatives, and ensuring alignment with Cloud Security, Cloud operations, Cloud Platform (Enterprise DevSecOps), Cloud SRE, and internal consumer of Cloud.

Responsibilities
+ Manage the daily operations and deployment aspects of the Sales and Operations Planning (SnOp) process. This includes ensuring that all activities are running smoothly and efficiently.
+ Actively engage with collaborators to gather requirements and improvement requests for the SnOp process. This involves understanding their needs, documenting their requests, and ensuring these are incorporated into the planning process.

+ Engage in the requirement gathering process for My Supply Chain (MySC) by working closely with business partners. Document all activities and requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
+ Manage updates and status reports for the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure that the MySC program is progressing as planned. Provide regular updates and address any deviations from the plan.
+ Oversee the execution of Scrum methodologies, including managing the backlog, facilitating Scrum meetings, and ensuring that all team members are aligned with the sprint goals.
+ Lead Program Increment (PI) planning sessions for MySC, SnOp and/or other product enhancements. This involves coordinating with various teams, setting objectives, and ensuring that all planned activities are aligned with the overall program goals.
+ Engage and collaborate with other functions such as cybersecurity, data analytics, and other relevant departments. This guarantees a broad approach to the SnOp, MySupplyChain and/or other product processes and taps into knowledge from different areas.
+ Participate in, lead, and develop future roadmaps and enhancements with global supply chain partners. Involves finding opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with global supply chain objectives.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience
+ 2 plus years of experience in a supply chain-related environment, showcasing a strong grasp of supply chain processes and standard methodologies.
+ Has a strong understanding of AWS architecture and processes, which is essential for managing and optimizing cloud-based supply chain solutions.

Qualifications :
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years managing product teams

- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product discovery frameworks, and full product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills; experience using data to inform decisions and validate hypotheses
- Proven experience in customer journey design, market segmentation, and outcome-driven product planning
- Experience with Scaled Agile, SAFe SA certification required

The Director of Technical Product Management, is responsible for the technical enablement of Enterprise Service Management. This includes technical ownership for a group of technology portfolios and products primarily on the ServiceNow platform. This position is responsible for driving end-to-end delivery across all technology products and portfolios within their work group. They work closely with the business partner leadership to influence business strategy and develop technology roadmaps, providing thought leadership and advisory on current and future capabilities and solutions to business problems using technology. Qualifications

This role is pivotal in crafting the Global Restaurant Network Transformation efforts narrative, protecting and improving our brand reputation, and encouraging a well-informed and engaged employee base across all levels. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding writing, storytelling, and interpersonal skills, with a consistent track record in media relations, internal engagement, executive communications, and crisis management.
Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesI. Strategic Communications & Leadership:- Develop, implement, and lead integrated communication strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, values, and brand identity.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on communication standard methodologies, messaging, and collaborator engagement.
- Content Strategy & Development:
- Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content for external channels, including website copy, blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all external communications.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop compelling narratives that highlight company achievements, innovations, and value propositions.
- Market Engagement:
- Design and implement internal communication programs that inform and connect markets and IT across geographies.
- Develop and handle internal communication channels, including intranet portals, newsletters, town halls, all-hands meetings, and email communications.
- Capture segment and market feedback to continuously improve internal communication effectiveness.
- Executive Communications:
- Support senior executives in developing and delivering impactful internal and external messages, presentations, speeches, and thought leadership pieces.
- Ensure consistent and clear communication of program vision, strategy, and performance from leadership.
- Change Management Communications:
- Lead communication efforts for significant organizational changes.
- Develop communication plans that address potential concerns and develop understanding and consensus among markets.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and consistent messaging.
- Establish and supervise key performance indicators (critical metrics) for communication effectiveness, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify successes, areas for improvement, and lessons learned.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of dynamic experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on both internal and external communications.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful communication strategies in a fast-paced, sophisticated environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for diverse audiences.
- Experience in (specific industry, e.g., technology, finance, healthcare).
- Experience working in a global organization with diverse cultural contexts.
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and analytics.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple priorities and deadlines.
