Join our Animal Health team as a Dairy Technical Services Manager and make a direct impact on dairy operations across the Southeast U.S. You'll partner with sales, marketing and R&D to deliver practical, science-based solutions that increase herd health, efficiency and profitability.
We're looking for a technically strong, customer-focused professional who can translate dairy data into actionable farm-level recommendations. You'll be a trusted advisor to producers and veterinarians, help shape product and technology adoption and connect our company with the latest academic and industry innovations. This is a field-based position covering the Southeastern U.S.; relocation assistance is available for non-local hires.
**What you'll do:**
+ Deliver technical support and herd health consultation to dairy producers, with an emphasis on data-driven, farm-specific solutions that identify improvement opportunities and appropriate pharmaceutical interventions.
+ Analyze herd and operational data from farm software (e.g., DC305 and other dairy technologies) to diagnose drivers of performance, build economic models, and generate clear, actionable recommendations for producers.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with dairy producers, veterinarians and other industry stakeholders to understand needs and tailor solutions that drive measurable results.
+ Serve as the company's interface with academic, government and private research partners, bringing new dairy technology and analytic approaches into practical use.
+ Train sales teams and customers on product use, data interpretation, and decision-support tools to accelerate adoption and improve on-farm outcomes.
+ Support sales and marketing through customer visits, group presentations, scientific knowledge transfer, development of technical bulletins, webinars and other outreach activities.
+ Travel regularly (approximately 50% or more), prioritizing high-value customer engagements and opportunities with strong ROI.
**What we're looking for:**
+ Education: D.V.M. and/or Ph.D. in Animal Science with a dairy focus.
+ Experience: Minimum 5 years in dairy veterinary practice or animal science with substantial experience in data analysis and/or economic modeling.
+ Technical skills: Proficiency with dairy data tools and software (DC305 or comparable platforms) and the ability to convert data into practical management recommendations.
+ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present technical concepts clearly to producers, vets and sales teams.
+ Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, experience working cross-functionally, and a track record of building trusted customer relationships.
+ **_Preferred:_** Hands-on field experience in dairy production or ruminant medicine; veterinary licensure in at least one state is a plus.

The salary range for this role is
$139,600.00 - $219,700.00

**What You Bring**
7+ years with Oracle Core products or 8+ years with Applications products.

Proficiency in **Unix, Linux, and/or Windows** operating systems.
Programming and troubleshooting skills in **C, C++** (additional scripting/automation experience is a plus).

**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Supports our Synapse products by remotely troubleshooting and resolving issues, assessing and clearing monitor alarms, and providing our customers with timely responses.
+ Works on 3rd party hardware, software, and network related issues that are sold or supported by FUJIFILM.
+ Effectively and efficiently uses the FUJIFULM knowledge resources available to help in the troubleshooting process.
+ Collaborates with peers and other team members when working on more complex technical issues.

-Monitor release notes to understand new or updated services and products. Also, you should be highly experienced in multiple platforms and be able to complete assigned duties with minimal direction from management. In this position, you will routinely act independently while researching and developing solutions to customer issues.
-Should have a passion for technology and troubleshooting complex customer problems. Should be able to communicate effectively with other team members and members of the Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams.
-Participate in weekend shift, for coverage as needed.
**Skills and experience**
-Minimum of six years' experience in hardware technology-related field or discipline

Enterprise Information Display System (E-IDS) is a new system under development that will provide a modern auxiliary information display to Air Traffic Controllers in the National Airspace System (NAS). E-IDS will use a common hardware and software platform across over 400 NAS facilities, including En Route, Terminal, Tower, and Offshore domains.
Location: Remote with 60% travel
We are seeking experienced and highly motivated **Field Service Technicians** to support the deployment and maintenance of mission-critical systems in Air Traffic Operations environments. This role involves conducting detailed site surveys, preparing installation sites, installing and mounting equipment, and performing system turn-up and acceptance testing. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a proactive mindset, and the flexibility to travel extensively across various locations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct on-site surveys to evaluate and document site conditions and installation requirements.
+ Perform site preparation activities, including:
+ Equipment rack placement and alignment
+ Pulling and terminating power and network cables
+ Mounting of displays, sensors, and other hardware in Air Traffic Operations areas

**Join our dynamic Field Service (FSE) organization, where you will travel to power plants across the U.S. and play a crucial role in maintaining and upgrading some of the largest and most powerful electrical generation machinery in the world, including gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators. This program serves as your entry point into our world-class field service team, offering you the chance to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.**
**How You'll Make an Impact**
+ **Complete comprehensive 12 month classroom and lab training in Orlando, followed by hands-on experience with expert engineers at various customer sites across the U.S.**
+ **Develop essential skills in equipment operation, maintenance, job site safety, project management, leadership, and Siemens Energy's business systems alongside our leading FSE staff.**
+ **Supervise technicians and mechanics during power plant maintenance shutdowns, addressing both planned and unplanned outages due to equipment performance issues.**
+ **Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble turbines and generators, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.**
+ **Collaborate with our global engineering team to conduct specialized mechanical and electrical testing, serving as the primary customer contact during outages to ensure timely and accurate repairs.**
**What You Bring**
+ **A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required, with 5+ years of demonstrated technical leadership in power plant or facilities maintenance and operations; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.**
+ **A passion for solving complex mechanical problems using both your intellect and hands, while working closely with a team and customers to deliver exceptional service.**
+ **A self-starting leader who effectively utilizes available resources to create innovative solutions for challenging mechanical issues.**
+ **Willingness to travel extensively, with FSEs typically working up to 250 days per year for periods ranging from 2 to 15 weeks at a time.**
+ **Ability to work extended hours of up to 12-14 hours per day, including weekends and holidays, with a typical work week ranging from 60-84 hours. You should also be physically capable of ascending/descending ladders, examining equipment in confined spaces, and lifting boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.**
