Responsibilities:

Customer Coordination & Communication:
  • Collaborate with Technical Services Representatives and partner closely with TSRs during job preparation and execution to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Consistently provide clear, timely, and professional updates to both internal teams and external clients throughout all job phases.
Job Preparation & Logistics:
  • Collect complete and accurate details for each job and promptly share this information with the team assigned to the client's location.
  • Ensure all necessary materials and supplies are prepared and delivered to the on-site team in a timely manner.
Administrative & System Support:
  • Accurately complete the daily data entries into the system.
  • Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative duties within the Technical Services Department.
  • Contact clients to arrange environmental services, monitor shipment volumes, and distribute reports to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Generate invoices based on job paperwork, ensuring precision and adherence to billing standards.
  • Develop proficiency in Oracle and Waste Land system. to track and manage waste management and disposal processes.
Lead/ Drive & Cross-Departmental Collaboration
  • Guide the Technical Services team in completing daily tasks effectively; offer direction, resolve issues, and promote operational efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with all New England operations teams to identify challenges and drive process improvements.
Regulatory Awareness & Environmental Health & Safety
  • Build a working understanding of Environmental Health & Safety requirements, including compliance with regulations such as (RCRA) and (DOT) standards.
Support Compliance Documentation:
  • Understand the required compliance and regulatory documentation while creating profiles and manifest documents.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Environmental Science, Business ,Economics, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 - 6 months of customer service and coordination experience in a professional or People/client facing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow in the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) field.
  • Strong multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and work under pressure.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for future sponsorship.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite(s).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior hands-on experience with Oracle systems (e.g., ERP, order management, or data entry modules).
  • Previous experience managing or maintaining client relationships in a service-oriented environment.

Overview

The Technical Services Analyst is responsible to provide cost control measures and support for escalated work orders related to multiple trades (specializing in HVAC services) to ensure optimal facility performance while maintaining budget efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Support
    • Provide support to Facility Coordinators for incoming work order requests.
    • Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across building systems
    • Review maintenance schedules and provide feedback to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifecycles
    • Perform technical assessments and recommend system improvements
    • Point of contact for Crisis/Disaster situations (Hurricane/Wildfires, Tornados, etc.). First line of defense to coordinate support for all office requests. Track all requests and provide daily updates to JLL management and local management teams.
  • Vendor Management
    • Assist with evaluation and make recommendation to Sourcing regarding qualified maintenance service providers
    • Maintain collaborative relationships with vendors while ensuring accountability
  • Cost Control
    • Analyze maintenance proposals and review submittals with vendors to ensure cost in line with best practices
    • Assist with forecast of maintenance expenses and provide feedback on future spend
    • Provide guidance related to repair vs. replacement decisions
    • Recommend equipment upgrades that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Work with JLL HSSE Corporate team to support all HSSE requirements for Anywhere account
    • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and vendor interactions
    • Document equipment specifications (update Asset information in Corrigo), warranties, and service histories

Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities management and building maintenance/engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in technical maintenance or facility management
  • Strong understanding of building systems, equipment, and maintenance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management and negotiation of proposals/invoicing
  • Proven ability to implement cost control measures and minimize NTE overages
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Estimated total compensation for this position:

Overview

The Technical Services Analyst is responsible to provide cost control measures and support for escalated work orders related to multiple trades (specializing in HVAC services) to ensure optimal facility performance while maintaining budget efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Support
    • Provide support to Facility Coordinators for incoming work order requests.
    • Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across building systems
    • Review maintenance schedules and provide feedback to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifecycles
    • Perform technical assessments and recommend system improvements
    • Point of contact for Crisis/Disaster situations (Hurricane/Wildfires, Tornados, etc.). First line of defense to coordinate support for all office requests. Track all requests and provide daily updates to JLL management and local management teams.
  • Vendor Management
    • Assist with evaluation and make recommendation to Sourcing regarding qualified maintenance service providers
    • Maintain collaborative relationships with vendors while ensuring accountability
  • Cost Control
    • Analyze maintenance proposals and review submittals with vendors to ensure cost in line with best practices
    • Assist with forecast of maintenance expenses and provide feedback on future spend
    • Provide guidance related to repair vs. replacement decisions
    • Recommend equipment upgrades that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Work with JLL HSSE Corporate team to support all HSSE requirements for Anywhere account
    • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and vendor interactions
    • Document equipment specifications (update Asset information in Corrigo), warranties, and service histories

Qualifications

  • Experience in facilities management and building maintenance/engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in technical maintenance or facility management
  • Strong understanding of building systems, equipment, and maintenance requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management and negotiation of proposals/invoicing
  • Proven ability to implement cost control measures and minimize NTE overages
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficiency with Corrigo and Microsoft Office suite

Estimated total compensation for this position:

65,000.00 - 75,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .

About You: We are looking for a Technical Services Specialist who will provide hands-on, written, remote, and in-person technical assistance in security and technology to project managers, sales team, technicians, subcontractors and customers. Technical assistance ranges from troubleshooting field devices to assisting in system programming. Perform installations and commissioning outside of pledged union jurisdictions.

Compensation/Benefits: Annual compensation ranging from $80,000 - $90,000 depending on qualifications.   • Ability to travel as needed/directed.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain LVC line card manufacturer certifications
  • Understanding of low voltage system integration (video surveillance, intrusion, access control, data cabling and fire)
  • Understanding of network technology integration with low voltage systems
  • Familiarity with the Electric Code (NEC)
  • Minimum five years of experience in installing and troubleshooting video surveillance and card access systems
  • Technical school degree
  • Strong familiarity with industry best practices
  • Strong construction background
  • Excellent reconciliation, logistical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively interpret general technical documentation
