+ Conduct scheduled training sessions at Marshalltown campus, customer sites, sales representative offices, and regional training centers
+ Contribute and collaborate with partners on improving course curriculum, student materials, and hands-on workshops

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:- Design and deliver engaging and effective training programs for employees at all levels.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and tailor programs accordingly.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific training requirements for various teams.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia content.
- Facilitate training sessions through a variety of mediums, such as in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, making continuous improvements.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Participate in projects that introduce new or updated software initiatives.
