Role Summary
We are hiring multiple Technical Support Specialists to support a large-scale store systems conversion project. These specialists will provide technical support to field technicians performing onsite upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems to our client's new platform.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role requiring strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage multiple systems and devices under tight timelines. You’ll play a key role in enabling the successful implementation of new technologies across hundreds of retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone and backend support to field technicians during store system conversions
- Troubleshoot issues related to POS, mobile checkout, desktops, gas systems, and other store technologies
- Assist with provisioning, decommissioning, and installation of new systems
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of project implementations across multiple stores daily
- Document support activities and escalate complex issues as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain project momentum and meet rollout targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing high-pressure situations
- Support end-to-end implementation processes, aiming for completion within 4–6 hours per store
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT operations

Position Overview
Riverside Research is seeking dynamic, strategic, operational, and growth focused Project Managers focused on providing innovative solutions to the Defense and Intelligence Communities for our Beavercreek office.
The ideal candidates will have a sharp business mind, be an excellent leader, have technical credentials and the proven ability to manage technical staff to produce cutting edge solutions. Ultimately, you are motivated by the desire to deliver critical solutions achieving mission impact and nurture your team's success.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Collaborate with the government customer and technical leads to develop long-term strategies and prioritize near-term tasking
- Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with government and contract mission partners across the intelligence community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD)
- Execute with minimal oversight program management duties that include, but are not limited to, managing day-to-day operations, maintaining work plans and timelines, tracking and projecting program spending, preparing status reports/briefs, and ensuring program status is communicated to all stakeholders
- Work closely with the customer, cross-functional teams, and assigned engineers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and schedule
- Manage subcontracting, consulting, and procurement activities for assigned programs
- Assess program issues and develop resolutions to meet schedule, quality, and customer goals
- Identify and capture new growth opportunities to expand business portfolio and technical offerings
- Other duties as assigned
- Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical or business field
- 8+ years of DoD/IC experience with at least 3 years in program/project management
- Demonstrated experience creating and presenting reports, briefings, and program related information to a variety of government and internal stakeholders
- Experience managing complex projects, short deadlines, and competing priorities
- Experience managing financials across a variety of projects and contracts
- Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work independently and as a team player
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, time-management, leadership, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Active TS with SCI eligibility within the last 2 years (able to obtain CI Poly) OR Active TS/SCI CI Poly
- Technical background in materials research, DEW/CDEW, software development or a similar related area
- Experience identifying and executing on-contract growth opportunities
- Experience building and growing business with DoD/IC customers
- Entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated expertise driving and building new product lines
- Experience in proposal development process
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Experience with DARPA, AFRL, and NGA government customer such as is a plus

$101,800- $170,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.

Job Description
JST is looking for a Technical Project Manager with experience managing multiple projects within a cloud environment. As a PM on our team, you will have the opportunity to manage projects that make huge impacts on government processes, productivity and procedures. You will manage a variety of projects including database, infrastructure, software development and automation. The Technical Project Manager will be part of a technical team and the liaison between our government customer and a multi-disciplinary team to drive projects to a successful completion.
This is a full-time position with an onsite presence located in Dayton, Ohio. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
Technical Project Manager Responsibilities
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams to plan and maintain specified projects
- Coordinate meetings, prepare budgets and schedules, develop agenda items, attend at high-level meetings, generating minutes, and tracking action items
- Recommend policies, doctrine, strategies, and procedures
- Ensure that government and DOD security policies and rules are implemented and adhered to. This includes CUI, FOUO, PII and cloud impact level controls
- Maintain and update databases/spreadsheets to support project and task requirements
- Data entry, problem resolution, and use of algorithms and other data analysis tools including graphs, pivot charts, macros, and custom reports
- Support the coordination of internal processes, plans, work products, schedule completion dates, and monitor project and task status and completion
- Assist with organizing task priorities and allocate sufficient resources to efficiently and effectively meet the objectives of each project and task
- Maintain effective communications with stakeholders to keep them informed on the status of supported projects and tasks
- Bachelor's degree required
- PMP certification preferred
- 8+ years of Project Management experience within a technical environment
- 4+ years of experience managing engineering teams or managing software engineers
- Professional software development experience with HTML, JavaScript, Python or other languages
- Experience with modern front-end technologies and API designs
- Relational database experience (MySQL, Aurora, PostgresSQL, Oracle)
- Cloud experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong Agile and SCRUM knowledge
- Experience supporting government environments preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Superior organizational and planning skills
- Aggregate, analyze and present data
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated
- Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
- Occasional overtime and travel may be required
- Active secret clearance preferred
- MUST be able to successfully pass a drug and background check
