Essential Duties:
- Builds knowledge of dealer supported product lines, service standards, and procedures and keeps abreast of all changes in various models of equipment sold and serviced by the distributor.
- Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Service shop and Factory standards.
- Vehicle inspection including factory warranty repairs, computer diagnostics and programming.
- Attend local, regional, and national service schools and training sessions as requested.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment not only in shop but also at customer sites.
- Utilize various equipment and tools to include, but not limited to hand tools, power tools, testing/diagnostic equipment, cranes and hoists.
- Foster close, positive working relationships with all service, parts and administrative personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Essential Qualifications:
- 2-year Diesel Technician/Mechanic degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years working in a full-time technician/mechanic role on heavy duty chassis.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical experience
- Welding/cutting torch experience
- Excellent skills in communication, interpersonal, organizational and attention to detail
- Working usage of MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Direct industry experience
- Class B CDL
ADA Requirements:
- Bend, squat, climb, grasp, twist, reach, lift or otherwise move frequently for extended periods.
- Lift, move or otherwise transfer up to 50 lbs. frequently, or more occasionally.
- Walk, stand, or otherwise move about continuously.
- Typically sits, grasp items and performs keyboarding for occasional operation of a computer.
- Exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards including chemicals which may require respiratory protection.

As a CCD Technician at ENDOCORP, you will be a critical contributor to our mission of providing sustainable part solutions that empower our customers to deliver quality repairs of life-saving medical devices. Your primary responsibilities will encompass the precise preparation of wire harnesses as small as 40 AWG, meticulous preparation of CCD Chips, and skillful assembly of wire harnesses to CCD Chips. In all your tasks, adherence to quality and compliance standards is essential. Thorough testing of CCD image are essential to guaranteeing the functionality and reliability of these vital components.
Key Responsibilities:
Wire Harness Preparation: Select and use the appropriate wire, ensuring compliance with specifications. Strip and prep the wire with precision to meet specified requirements.
CCD Chip Preparation: Carefully remove potting from CCD Chips while maintaining the integrity of the component. Thoroughly inspect CCD Chips to identify any defects or irregularities.
Assembling the Wire Harness to the CCD Chip: Skillfully solder prepared wire to the CCD Chip, meeting exacting standards. Work with wires as small as 40 AWG, demonstrating exceptional precision and attention to detail. Perform comprehensive testing of the CCD image to ensure functionality and quality. Apply potting techniques after assembly to protect and secure the components.
Hit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Production targets.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills, an ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, and a keen eye for detail. We're looking for a dedicated professional who is not just looking to "get the job done," but someone who goes the extra mile to ensure each CCD is effectively wired and tested and, and contributes to ENDOCORP's growth and success.
To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with direct and recent experience in wire harness assembly work, especially those proficient in handling smaller guage wires, including those as small as 40 AWG. Candidates that are familiar with quality management systems, including ISO 9001:2015 is essential as well as those that naturally have strong attention to detail.

Associate or technical degree
3 years of high volume wire harness experience of 40 AWG or smaller
PCB repair and rework experience, recommended.
Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $22 per hour . Based on qualifications and experience. Salary is reviewed annually and may be subject to adjustment based on performance evaluations.
