**Your key responsibilities**
+ Be the regional color customer facing expert, supporting our sales team in NA.
+ Lead technical service projects, including color matching and trials, to support customer needs and drive product adoption.
+ Develop tailored color concepts aligned with customer brand strategies and prepare compelling color pitches.
+ Design and deliver customized training programs across segments, integrating regulatory, commercial, and application insights.
+ Collaborate across teams to co-create solutions with Taste, Texture & Health, enhancing product value and innovation.
+ Monitor market trends and competitor activity to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
+ Support the launch of new colors and partnerships, advocating for our brand in industry associations and customer engagements.
+ Highly proficient/experienced (hands on) benchtop capability, navigate pilot plant and industrial product manufacture.

**You bring**
+ An advanced degree (bachelor´s or higher) in a science or technology field related to food & beverages, with significant industry experience preferred.
+ Extensive knowledge of food & beverage color solutions, including deep familiarity with color house dynamics and application strategies.
+ A track record of successfully managing complex, high-impact technical projects from concept to implementation.
+ Strong customer relationship skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with key stakeholders across global accounts.
+ Cross-functional expertise across regulatory, commercial, and application domains, enabling a holistic and innovative approach.
+ Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $128,700-$155,000.
In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits. All benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
