**Overall Job Summary**
This position is responsible for strategic direction, leadership, and oversight within the Information Technology organization across multiple technology and functional domains. This role will manage a team responsible for project delivery, ensuring systems stability and introduction of new system capabilities and technical vision to support Tractor Supply's growth strategy
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)**
+ Lead an IT team responsible for implementing and maintaining a portfolio of applications, processes and infrastructure that support the business or internal IT teams that depend on it.
+ Responsible for delivering key projects and initiatives across multiple application and technology domains - ensure that projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
+ Develop and cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels; assist executive IT Leaders in understanding and negotiating deliverables.
+ Identify technology trends and make recommendations for technology platforms that will assist in supporting IT and company strategies and initiatives.
+ Partner with other IT Leaders to maintain and ensure appropriate project management disciplines are in place and adhered to; prioritization is consistent across domains; systems and changes are properly tested; TSC systems are available, stable and secure at all times.
+ Maintain a strong partnership and working relationship with all of our third party vendors; ensure we are getting the best possible resources and that they are on task and on schedule with projects and initiatives.
+ Support the annual strategic planning process, acting as thought partner with Leaders in all areas of TSC, including IT, store operations, merchandising, marketing, e-commerce and finance.
+ Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
+ Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintain a safe and secure work environment; develop professional growth opportunities
**Required Qualifications**
_Experience_ : 12+ years of IT experience in the retail industry.
_Education_ : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
**Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities**
+ Experience in IT architecture practices, project lifecycle management, software development and operations/support. Strong knowledge of IT financial management.
+ Experience with change management and root cause analysis techniques.
+ Process improvement experience.
+ Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
+ Strong leadership and analytical skills. Proven track record of leading strategic change across technology environments.
+ Excellent planning and organizational skills.
+ Proven and demonstrable experience establishing and documenting standards, guidelines, and best practices.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong ability to influence both IT and business partners.
+ Experience and comfort dealing with all levels of a matrixed organization and leading primarily through influence.
+ Experience in a fast-paced technology environment, with a strong focus on business and financial results.

Join an enterprise applications team focused on advancing warehouse and supply chain operations. Vaco is seeking a technical expert with substantial experience in software development and deep familiarity with warehouse management, supply chain technologies, and enterprise resource systems. This role emphasizes supporting and improving large-scale Blue Yonder/JDA WMS implementations integrated with core ERP platforms. This role requires onsite presence in Irving, TX, four days per week. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen and must be legally eligible to work in the United States, as our client is unable to sponsor at this time.
- Deliver ongoing support, administration, and enhancement for complex Warehouse Management Systems, with involvement across inbound, outbound, inventory, and operations workflows.
- Customize, configure, and optimize Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) WMS, including workflow adjustments, integration points, and system performance fine-tuning.
- Engage closely with business users to understand operational needs, gathering requirements for system improvements and translating them into effective technical designs.
- Engineer, test, and launch software upgrades, interfaces, and automation features, using contemporary development frameworks and integration standards.
- Design and implement data and process integrations between WMS, ERP, and various third-party logistics/supply chain tools to enable seamless data movement and business process continuity.
- Produce and update comprehensive technical documentation, specifications, and knowledge base articles for processes and enhancements.
- Take a leading or contributory role in system upgrades, new module implementations, and project-based enhancements for WMS landscapes.
- Continuously monitor critical application performance, proactively troubleshoot issues, and ensure high system availability and reliability.
- Serve as a Tier 2/3 escalation point, providing advanced support, resolving complex issues, and mentoring colleagues within supply chain IT and operations.
- Partner with application vendors and internal teams to coordinate software enhancements, patches, and new deployment rollouts.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- At least five years of hands-on programming experience (e.g., .NET, Java, .SQL, Python) within enterprise solution environments.
- Solid grasp of key supply chain and warehouse operations-ideally within manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution sectors.
- Minimum two years supporting and customizing Blue Yonder (JDA) WMS, proficient in MOCA scripting/commands, configuration, Page Builder/Jasper reporting, Java, rollout automation, and system integrations.

The OpportunityAs a WMS Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our warehouse management system. You will provide on site support and training to our operations team. Additionally, you will provide IT support, including managing printers, scanners, system configurations, and asset tracking, to ensure seamless operations within our fulfillment center environment.
You Will:- Assess and prioritize incidents within the Warehouse Management System (WMS) based on their impact on day-to-day operations and implement effective triage processes
- Monitor and maintain the health and stability of the WMS, including regular system updates and troubleshooting.
- Provide ongoing user support and training to warehouse personnel on WMS functionalities and best practices.
- Develop and maintain accurate data within the WMS, including product information, inventory levels, and order details.

- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows through WMS optimizations.

• 12-15 Year of Extensive experience in Warehouse management systems using SAP Warehouse Management (WM) configuration as Primary and MM Module as Secondary
• Extensive experience using and configuring integration of SAP MM/WM Module, RF gun, Process understanding for Receiving, Inventory Management, Picking, Shipping and DC Operations.
• Experience working on Support Projects and manage the Clients, and troubleshoot and manage Job schedule, output set up, IDOCs and maintain SLAs.
