JOB SUMMARY
As the Director of Supply Chain, you'll be responsible for the development and implementation of Supply Chain policies, planning, organizing, directing, control, and oversight of distribution related activities. You'll also be responsible for the oversight and performance of all functions within Distribution including Shipping, Receiving, Warehousing, Logistics, Inventory Control and distribution related Information Technology.

- Actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Directing inventory & warehouse management and fulfillment functions for capital equipment.
- Developing programs/policies that leverage logistics to achieve competitive advantage through the ongoing analysis and monitoring of Distribution Center processes to achieve constant improvements and ensure performance standards are established, maintained and met.
- Creating & maintaining functional teams to ensure Distribution Center facilities and equipment are properly maintained, and that effective safety and security programs have been implemented.
- Ensuring the accuracy of inventory counts through regular cycle count programs.
- Implementing and enforcing policies for high standards of housekeeping at centers.
- Implementing strict discipline policies at facilities to include security, timely & accurate material movement and daily transactions, prompt & proper documentation on material movement and transactions from and to end users/customers.
- Developing, training, managing and motivating Distribution Center facilities to ensure an efficient, productive and responsive staff to ensure effective execution of organizational goals at Distribution Centers to include Customer Service Order Fulfillment, Technical Services, Materials Management, Shipping and Receiving functions.
- Education :
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience :
- 6-8+ years in inventory control, supply chain, planning, forecasting, Distribution Center management experience, or equivalent
- Schedule :
- Full-time, office environment
- Must be able to work the following schedule: M-F 7:00am-3:30pm.

As a Warehouse Management Trainee, during the 9-12 month training program, you will participate in a program centered around three fundamental pieces: on-the-job learning where you will apply your knowledge immediately, structured/foundational learning centered around logistics, and team-based learning with other future leaders. + Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

+ Meet regularly with team members collectively, as well as on an individual basis to monitor progress towards meeting objectives, track performance, as well as recognizing team and individual successes
