**Job Description**
**AECOM** is seeking a **Technology Advisor** to be based in our **Conshohocken, PA** office. This excellent opportunity will manage medium to large scale broadband and fiber infrastructure projects for various clients.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Technology Consultant** to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to technology-focused projects, including telecommunications, fiber optic construction, and geospatial design. You will work closely with senior consultants and project managers to support client needs and deliver innovative solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating deliverables.
+ Support telecommunications and fiber optic construction projects, including network design and implementation.
+ Conduct geospatial design and mapping using industry-standard tools and software.

**Qualifications**

+ Experience in telecommunications, fiber optic construction and design, or a similar technical consulting role.
+ Experience with geospatial design tools (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar).
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Familiarity with project management methodologies.
+ Knowledge of telecom consulting practices and technical reporting.
+ Experience with subsea cable or cable landing station projects (preferred).
+ Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure standards and regulations.
+ Experience with network management and GIS software.
+ Understanding of permitting and regulatory processes for telecom projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, and 12 years of progressive, post- baccalaureate related work experience in any combination of the ammonia, methanol, refining, or petrochemical industry. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field and 10 years of negotiations and proposal experience in any combination of the ammonia, methanol, refining, or petrochemical industry.
Of the required experience, must have 8 years of catalyst sales and business development experience in the ammonia, methanol, or syngas industry, which must include account management, technology interface and catalyst services.
Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in the following:
+ Supply and technical service agreement negotiations; and
+ Ammonia or Methanol Production.

**What does a successful HR Technology Advisor - Workday Configuration do at Fiserv?**
As an HR Technology Advisor - Workday Configuration, you will be a pivotal functional partner responsible for enhancing, configuring, maintaining, and expanding the functionality of Workday HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, Business Processes and additional Workday modules. Acting as the liaison between vendors, business and IT, you will ensure that our global business processes are seamlessly supported and optimized. Your role is crucial in successfully delivering complex system implementations and leading cross-functional HR technology projects.
**What you will do:**
+ Manage new project/enhancement requests from initiation through post-implementation support including configuration.
+ Collect and translate business process requirements into a functional solution design and configure Workday to meet functional needs
+ Partner with the integration team to ensure proper integration with functional configuration.
+ Prepare and deliver project deliverables including project plans, process flows, functional requirements, and UAT test plans and test scripts.
+ Lead cross-functional HR technology projects through design and implementation.
+ Preserve overall system health; engage with HR Operations and the business to understand operational challenges and aid in root cause problem resolution.
+ Monitor health of modules and drive continuous process improvements, leveraging an understanding of local requirements.
+ Monitor Workday community for reported bugs, fixes, and new enhancements relative to assigned modules.
**What you will need to have:**
+ 6+ years of implementation and support experience with Workday and/or related HR systems.
+ 6+ years of experience in implementing and configuring Workday Core HCM and at least 2-3 of the following modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Security, Performance Management, and Talent Management.
+ 3+ years of experience in project management, with a successful track record of completing multiple cross-functional projects.
+ Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience.

+ Familiarity with data privacy and other regulatory requirements.
+ Experience leading virtual teams and training sessions.

**Compensation**
The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is **$102,000** to **$83,480** based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills, and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city, or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California: ** 112,200** to ** 220,200**
Colorado: ** 102,000** to ** 183,480**
New York City: ** 122,280** to ** 220,200**
Washington: ** 112,200** to ** 201,840**
Washington DC: ** 112,200** to ** 201,840**
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
