About the Team/RoleThis role is responsible for supporting the company's security and compliance efforts, focusing on key frameworks such as SOC2, ISO 27001, GovRAMP and SOX ITGC. The successful candidate will drive the development and implementation of internal controls, facilitate audits, and ensure continuous compliance with industry standards. This position involves collaborating with various teams, including engineering, sales and legal, to remediate gaps and support business initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in governance, risk, and compliance, with a results-oriented and analytical mindset.
What You'll Do- Lead development, implementation, and audits of SOX ITGCs to ensure robust internal controls.
- Drive GovRAMP compliance initiatives.
- Facilitate and support SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001 audits.
- Perform technology compliance activities, including facilitating routine processes like risk assessment, BC/DR testing, privacy impact assessment and executing security controls.

The Risk Management staff member is responsible for identifying, assessing, and monitoring risk-related issues across clinical, operational, and compliance areas. The role supports the Compliance Department’s mission by closing the loop between incident reporting, corrective actions, and training follow-up. The position supports the implementation of risk mitigation strategies, leads investigations, and ensures regulatory adherence in collaboration with
leadership.
Knowledge and Training:
- Understanding of risk identification, Root Cause Analysis, and incident response.

Under general direction the Senior Compliance Technology Lead provides consultation to business unit and IT management and staff at technical level on all phases of the project development cycle. Major Duties :

Must have:

• Hands-on technical experience with horizon scan, GRC systems, and other compliance capabilities systems experience.

• In-depth knowledge of the system development life cycle, the client area's functions and systems, and applications program development technological alternatives
• Analytical ability, strong judgment and management skills, and the ability to work effectively with client and IT management and staff.
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change.

$114,500 - 194,700 USD
Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
