Overview:
As a Manager, you will lead full due diligence engagements, manage client relationships, and oversee the work of Associates and Senior Associates. You will be fully dedicated to one engagement at a time, ensuring high-quality delivery and strategic insights.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product technology due diligence engagements
- Direct and mentor team members, ensuring quality and consistency
- Interface with client executives and stakeholders
- Oversee creation of detailed technical reports and recommendations
- Evaluate software architecture, development practices, and team capabilities
- Provide strategic insights on product scalability, technical debt, and integration readiness
Qualifications:
- 58+ years of experience in technology consulting, product development, or M&A
- Bachelors degree in a technical field; MBA preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client engagements
- Deep understanding of custom software development and IT infrastructure
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
