Job Description

Business & Technology Delivery Manager (Accenture LLP; Arlington, VA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business & Technology Delivery Manager in Arlington, VA, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Design and enhance custom or packaged applications for enterprise asset management (EAM), work management (WM) and geospatial information systems (GIS) for Utilities Client.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops with key business stakeholders and IT teams to strategize business process improvements.
  • Gather and evaluate business requirements to define plan specifications for project execution.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.


Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Performing business system analysis involving functional analysis, stakeholder management, quality assurance testing, and implementation;
  • Coordinating and delivering projects by collaborating with client project managers, vendors, and process architects;
  • Leading onshore and offshore teams to balance, prioritize, restructure, and reallocate tasks, including creating statements of work to determine project capacity;
  • Delivering IT application development lifecycles and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum teams, utilizing JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow;
  • Creating end-to-end system integrated solutions, and testing applications utilizing JIRA, Azure DevOps and Selenium;
  • Designing and customizing applications utilizing enterprise asset management (EAM), work management (WM), and geospatial information systems (GIS) in the utilities sector;
  • Implementing analytics and automation use cases in project execution, incorporating data visualization and robotic process automation (RPA); and
  • Developing comprehensive statement of work and rough order of magnitude estimates for project origination and shaping.

Required Qualifications:
