  • Manage a book of business for clients utilizing a technology platform and act as a liaison between the client and service team to provide an accurate and client-specific online benefits enrollment experience
  • Spearhead the renewal process of clients in your book of business, collaborating with the service and sales team to adhere to appropriate timelines, collect all appropriate renewal data and paperwork, facilitate client decisions, and ensure the accurate configuration of the platform for the upcoming benefit year.
  • Act as a Liaison to technology partners (vendors and carriers) – bi-weekly meetings
  • Provide timely follow up on requests for information or system issues
  • Provide Employee Education/Demonstration of the employee shopping experience as applicable (may be in-person or recording)
  • Provide administrative training, as applicable, to HR users to set them up for success

Your Qualifications.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.

**Senior Director, Product Management - Technology Platform (UKG Ready)**
UKG is seeking a visionary, technically minded, and execution-focused Senior Director of Product Management to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the UKG Ready Technology Platform.   • Conduct site walks, pre-construction meetings, and project reviews to maintain alignment with stakeholders.

  • Review technical documentation, drawings, SOWs, and floor plans to ensure scope accuracy.

Field Oversight & Quality Control

  • Supervise and support technicians and subcontractors throughout the installation process.

  • Ensure all systems are installed per company standards, code requirements, and customer expectations.

  • Resolve on-site issues and support commissioning, testing, and customer orientation as needed.

Financial Oversight

  • Manage material planning and labor scheduling to keep projects on budget.

  • Track labor and material usage against budgeted estimates and assist with invoice accuracy.

  • Prevent cost overruns through proactive planning, problem-solving, and change order control.

Compliance & Safety

  • Promote and enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance on all job sites.

  • Ensure subcontractors are properly qualified and meet all insurance and documentation requirements.

Position Requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Have a valid driver's license

  • Have reliable means of transportation and communication

  • Pass all required background and drug screenings

  • Be customer service oriented

  • Effective written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to stand/walk for twelve hours with no limitations on “normal” bending, lifting, climbing stairs or stooping.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in low-voltage security system installation or construction project management.

  • Familiarity with a variety of electronic security systems and integration practices.

  • Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

  • Certifications or training in safety, project management, or low-voltage systems are a plus.

This role manages projects that may include installation of:

  • Electronic access control systems (wired and wireless)

  • Networked video surveillance systems

  • Intrusion detection and alarm systems

  • Perimeter detection and sensor technologies

  • Intercom and entry communication systems

  • Structured cabling to support the above technologies
