Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
**What your day-to-day will be like:**
+ Implement HSM's strategic procurement process for all Technology purchases across the enterprise.
+ Manage a subcategory of Technology contracts and spend.
+ Negotiate and implement Hilton enterprise-wide supplier agreements/contracts for the best possible cost and service guarantee.
+ Develop Statements of Work or Scopes of Work (SOW), Requests for Information (RFI), and Requests for Proposal (RFP).
+ Evaluate supplier strengths and competitive positioning using industry cost models.
+ Analyze industry trends and evolving technology to identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect the continuity of supply, and utilize emerging opportunities.
+ Establish purchasing policies and ensure compliance within the department.
+ Improve productivity and efficiency of processes throughout the operational organization.
**How you will collaborate with others:**
+ Implement Hilton enterprise-wide supplier agreements/contracts by working with cross functional business partners and suppliers to reach an agreement on contract terms and conditions. Work with Legal to develop contracts on any exceptions to the standard language.
+ Lead a small team of Procurement professionals to distribute work and meet performance objectives.
**What projects you will take ownership of:**
+ Lead contractual negotiations and coordinate contract administration for all areas and vendors that fall under this larger program.

**You have these minimum qualifications:**
+ Nine (9) years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain management, or P&L management
+ Five (5) years of experience in Technology Sourcing/Procurement with software, hardware, or technology services purchases
+ Experience with contract negotiations
+ Experience working in a large, matrixed organization
**It would be useful if you have:**
+ BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
+ Working knowledge of eProcurement tools, such as Coupa or similar
+ Experience managing direct reports

The Supply Chain Sourcing Manager is responsible for supporting the development of commodity sourcing strategies, sourcing initiatives, risk management, and Delta-partner initiatives.
