We have two recruiters who work to fill summer intern class. This role will focus on tech & digital intern reqs. You will be acting as a trusted advisor to the assigned business area, the Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter develops and executes effective, position-specific Talent Acquisition strategies to ensure open positions are filled with high quality talent in a timely fashion. The consultant acts as subject matter expert in talent acquisition but also in functional market expertise, industry trends, job knowledge, organizational structure, and ongoing business strategy to support business needs. **What You'll Be Doing:**
Participate in full cycle recruiting process for corporate internship program ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience while collaborating with client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals Drive early career recruiting programs and source top talent to build candidate pipelines Resolve and partner/complete appropriate recruiting sources such as employee referral programs, college recruiting programs, social networking and targeted websites. Establish and maintain relevant and effective relationships with hiring managers Maintain the integrity of data in the ATS - you/we like clean data Use competitive intelligence and industry knowledge to research and identify new recruiting channels (if you like to "post-n-pray" this may not be for you)
**Required:**
+ Minimum 5+ years of experience, preferably at high growth FinTech companies
+ A fundamental understanding of technology concepts, specifically with respect to tech & digital
+ BA/BS degree
+ Ability to identify and penetrate new recruiting channels based on research and industry knowledge
+ Outstanding interviewing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
