  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, development teams, QA, product owners, and executive leadership.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Implement and champion agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to optimize team performance and project delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
  • Track project progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting status to senior management.
  • Ensure clear communication channels are maintained within project teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Manage project scope changes and ensure they are properly documented and approved.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations as required.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP/CSM certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on software development projects.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale software projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of various SDLC models and agile frameworks (Scrum Master experience is a plus).
  • Experience with project management software such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and architectural concepts.
  • Excellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience managing distributed or offshore development teams is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
