The  Director, Technology Services will oversee the day-to-day delivery, performance, and scalability of our technology operations. In this role you will.  

• Lead the implementation of delivery frameworks, project governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Design and execute the deal review process for both projects and services, ensuring that we are selling what we can deliver.
• Review all MSAs and SOWs with delivery teams and Legal to identify potential commercial or financial risks.
• Design time tracking process and monitor metrics to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Manage client relationships, ensure high-quality deliverables, and optimize margins and cost control.
• Build and manage a people supply chain with clear visibility into skills and availability.
• Align resource planning with sales forecasts and strategic priorities to ensure efficient utilization.

To be successful, you will need.

• A bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, Technology, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of leadership experience in operations and delivery within technology or professional services.
• Proven track record in delivery management, workforce planning, and financial operations, including P&L management of over $100M.
• Extensive experience with post-acquisition integration and change management.
• Strong understanding of the deal process, from solution development to contract negotiation.
• Exceptional analytical, data-driven, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40% domestically.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $116,520-197,520  annually. The salary range may vary based on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.

The Technology Services Engineer at Softrim is a pivotal role combining strategic account management responsibilities with advanced technical expertise. You will serve as the primary technical liaison for key related accounts. This is a full-time in-office position (not remote).

Responsibilities:

• Primary Technical Account Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts on all technical matters, including security incidents, IT projects, and major technical issues. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and align our technical solutions.
  • Engage with clients to explain technical solutions, provide updates on service requests, and address concerns. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
• Service Implementation and Project Execution
  • Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of IT solutions, such as servers, networks, cloud services, or software applications. Manage technical projects for client accounts, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Major Incident Management and Response
  • Lead resolution of critical technical issues for client accounts, such security breaches, complex infrastructure challenges, and system outages.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure swift and effective resolution while keeping clients informed throughout the process.
• Service Ticket Oversight and Escalation
  • Assist with oversight of service ticket lifecycle for assigned account by following up with service desk employees, technicians, and engineers on aging tickets, providing guidance, and prioritization.
• Tier 3 Technical Support
  • Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues related to client IT infrastructure, including networks, MS365 tenants, and cybersecurity.
  • Act as a Tier 3 engineer to troubleshoot and resolve complex tickets escalated beyond initial support levels.
• Innovation and Documentation
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client systems through upgrades, patches, or new technologies. Provide strategic recommendations to improve performance, security, and alignment with client business goals.

Qualifications:

The Information Technology (IT) Solutions Analyst is responsible for matching potential technology solutions with defined business needs for incoming IT project requests for the Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH) network. Provides quick response to business partners and facilitates getting the correct information for the Project Intake Process by working with the operational requestors, internal Information Technology (IT) division team members, and outside vendors.
