Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Quickbase Innovation & Optimization
    • Define project requirements, standards, and processes to guide the development of new features and eliminate technical debt.
    • Collaborate with an external Quickbase developer to design scalable, inventive solutions and ensure high-quality outcomes.
    • Engage in hands-on configuration and no-code development in Quickbase to prototype features, troubleshoot issues, and spark new possibilities.
    • Create documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials to boost adoption and unlock application potential for all users.
    • Manage permissions, access, and rapid-resolution support for employee application challenges.
  • Cross-Departmental Technology Enablement
    • Partner with departments like accounting to design and enhance reporting technologies, construction to integrate diverse tools, and operations to scope and build inventory systems that transform workflows.
    • Work closely with stakeholders at every level to identify needs, invent solutions, and implement systems that drive efficiency and success.
    • Lead high-impact projects, such as designing a company-wide inventory system, by scoping requirements, architecting solutions, and executing plans.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
    • Oversee QA processes, including regression testing, to ensure reliability and performance across Quickbase and related applications.
    • Implement strategies that elevate application stability and scalability for future growth.
  • Stakeholder, Vendor & Team Management
    • Engage internal teams to align technology solutions with business goals, inspiring enthusiasm and adoption company wide.
    • Manage relationships with the external Quickbase developer and IT support vendor (handling hardware, networks, and more), while addressing ad-hoc tech needs in-house.

Qualification Standards
  • 5 or more years experience in a technology solutions role or related experience
  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or work-related experience
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Asana, Office 365) APIs and integration patterns
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

SUMMARY: The primary focus of this role is to provide VIP level technical support to Kestra advisors on accessing and using Kestra websites, applications and third-party systems. Duties include addressing service inquiries via phone and e-mail, routing inbound requests to appropriate parties, establishing accounts, maintaining customer information in Salesforce, and provisioning access to Kestra's resources and tools.

This position will be responsible for handling technical support inquiries, resetting user accounts, and managing account access to Kestra resources. This role requires the ability to learn new applications, the business rules governing data management, the interconnections between the database and applications that rely upon it, and the ability to provide first-class support to our staff and business partners. The ability to work with minimal supervision is necessary, as is an extremely high degree of accuracy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

  • Respond and communicate with Kestra advisors in a clear, professional, and respectful manner
  • Successfully address and/or resolve customer service inquiries
  • Efficiently gather information, investigate resolution, and respond to customers

  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of reports within Salesforce
  • Resolve service inquiries within acceptable turnaround times
  • Track service requests and resolutions in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Effectively manage time to maximize the volume of support inquiries managed daily
  • Communicate with team members and other departments as necessary
  • Follow and maintain support procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager
  • May be required to work overtime as necessary

Qualification and Education
  • 6+ Years' experience in Electronic Security
  • 5+ Years' experience in designing Electronic Security systems (Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Access Control Systems (ACS), CCTV/ VMS (Video Management System, Visitor Management Systems, Intercom Systems)
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent education and/or experience

The Technology Solutions Architect will reduce technical debt, design scalable frameworks, and accelerate feature development, while managing other business applications (e.g., Microsoft Planner), overseeing one onsite direct report, and collaborating with external IT partners. This is a hands-on, strategic role with the potential to grow into leading a broader in-house IT or development team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Quickbase Innovation & Optimization
    • Define project requirements, standards, and processes to guide the development of new features and eliminate technical debt.
    • Collaborate with an external Quickbase developer to design scalable, inventive solutions and ensure high-quality outcomes.
    • Engage in hands-on configuration and no-code development in Quickbase to prototype features, troubleshoot issues, and spark new possibilities.
    • Create documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials to boost adoption and unlock application potential for all users.
    • Manage permissions, access, and rapid-resolution support for employee application challenges.
  • Cross-Departmental Technology Enablement
    • Partner with departments like accounting to design and enhance reporting technologies, construction to integrate diverse tools, and operations to scope and build inventory systems that transform workflows.
    • Work closely with stakeholders at every level to identify needs, invent solutions, and implement systems that drive efficiency and success.
    • Lead high-impact projects, such as designing a company-wide inventory system, by scoping requirements, architecting solutions, and executing plans.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance
    • Oversee QA processes, including regression testing, to ensure reliability and performance across Quickbase and related applications.
    • Implement strategies that elevate application stability and scalability for future growth.
  • Stakeholder, Vendor & Team Management
    • Engage internal teams to align technology solutions with business goals, inspiring enthusiasm and adoption company wide.
    • Manage relationships with the external Quickbase developer and IT support vendor (handling hardware, networks, and more), while addressing ad-hoc tech needs in-house.
    • Supervise and mentor one onsite direct report, delegating tasks and fostering their growth in support of technology initiatives.
  • Business Application Ecosystem
    • Spearhead the consolidation of project management tools (e.g., transitioning from Asana and Jira to Microsoft Planner) and weave integrations with Quickbase and Microsoft apps.
    • Office 365 workflow automation and integration
    • Configure and optimize additional business applications to streamline processes and spark operational breakthroughs.
    • Integration with Quickbase
  • Future Vision
    • Lay the foundation for scaling into a leadership role overseeing a development team and/or an in-house IT as the company grows.

Qualification Standards
  • 5 or more years’ experience in a technology solutions role or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or work-related experience
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Asana, Office 365) APIs and integration patterns
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices

Position Summary

The Commercial Installation / Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of security technology installation projects for commercial and government clients. Based at the Dothan corporate office, this position oversees scheduling, materials, field teams, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer specifications. The role supports installations including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, and intercom/entry systems. Requires both office and field work; includes exposure to construction environments and jobsite conditions.

Project Management & Execution

  • Lead and manage multiple security installation projects from initiation through closeout.

  • Coordinate with engineering, sales, warehouse, and field teams to ensure smooth handoff and execution.

  • Conduct site walks, pre-construction meetings, and project reviews to maintain alignment with stakeholders.

  • Review technical documentation, drawings, SOWs, and floor plans to ensure scope accuracy.

Field Oversight & Quality Control

  • Supervise and support technicians and subcontractors throughout the installation process.

  • Ensure all systems are installed per company standards, code requirements, and customer expectations.

  • Resolve on-site issues and support commissioning, testing, and customer orientation as needed.

Financial Oversight

  • Manage material planning and labor scheduling to keep projects on budget.

  • Track labor and material usage against budgeted estimates and assist with invoice accuracy.

  • Prevent cost overruns through proactive planning, problem-solving, and change order control.

Compliance & Safety

  • Promote and enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance on all job sites.

  • Ensure subcontractors are properly qualified and meet all insurance and documentation requirements.

Position Requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Have a valid driver's license

  • Have reliable means of transportation and communication

  • Pass all required background and drug screenings

  • Be customer service oriented

  • Effective written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to stand/walk for twelve hours with no limitations on “normal” bending, lifting, climbing stairs or stooping.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in low-voltage security system installation or construction project management.

  • Familiarity with a variety of electronic security systems and integration practices.

  • Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

  • Certifications or training in safety, project management, or low-voltage systems are a plus.

This role manages projects that may include installation of:

  • Electronic access control systems (wired and wireless)

  • Networked video surveillance systems

  • Intrusion detection and alarm systems

  • Perimeter detection and sensor technologies

We aggressively compensate overachievers and offer a competitive base, multiple bonuses and uncapped commissions. Total Compensation $60,000- $50,000 or higher.
