One of our large financial investment clients is looking for a network engineer to join their team. This person will provide level 2 support to allow maximum network availability, work with architects to develop, design and implement infrastructure changes and updates, and work with professionals from multiple vendors to operate a global network. This person will be responsible for responding to tickets from the PRTG monitoring platform, emails and calls. They also will be responsible for troubleshooting connectivity, deploying equipment that needs to be replaced or upgraded and handling all service and support for all MSP customers and local resources. This is a 6 month contract to hire opportunity, local to Phoenixville, PA, and the pay rate will be within the $45/hr to $55/hr range.
