GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Utilizes a wide array of knowledge, technical skills and critical thinking abilities to facilitate job functions during surgical procedures as well as preoperative and postoperative equipment management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Provides clinical surgical support by managing all relevant equipment.
· Anticipates related device needs of the O.R. staff and surgeon during surgical procedures.
· Is responsible for trouble-shooting and maintaining Stryker equipment and or other related devices.
· Works with surgeons, O.R. personnel, central processing, biomedical and all other related personnel.
· Maintains knowledge base of equipment and disposable products through Stryker education training programs.
· Provide physicians and OR personnel with information on new and current products.
· Must be able to accurately and honestly record and report data metrics related to all specific job functions on a monthly basis.
· Responsible for maintaining up-to-date account information to ensure continuous high levels of service at the account.
· Accurately records and reports all surgical procedure information.
· Adheres to all Stryker and medical facility policies, standards and procedures.
· Must be able to analyze and resolve both routine and non-routine product issues expediently using independent judgment.
· The ability to provide on-call services, as required, by the medical facility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's Degree, Associate's Degree or equivalent certifications preferred.
· Operating Room experience and demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures and techniques preferred.
· Applicable for Specialists working in Sterile Processing Department: IAHCSMM CRCST Certification within 6 months of start date and on time yearly renewal
· Ability to exert up to 50lbs of force occasionally and/or up to 20lbs of force to constantly move objects.
· Ability to remain standing and/or walking for an extended period of time.
· Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
· Excellent time management skills with ability to use independent judgment and critical thinking effectively.
· Must be able to explain and generate detailed guidelines and procedures.
· Maintain professional appearance, work ethic, and attitude required by Stryker and the medical facility.
· Adhere to (HIPAA) and other related patient confidentiality policies and procedures.
· Must have near visual acuity (corrected) color vision, mobility, bending, standing, stooping, and finger dexterity.
· Must be able to observe and correct minute inconsistencies (e.g. in the printed word, product appearance, etc.).

**Job Summary**
Plans and completes the daily operations of plumbing and utility maintenance responsibilities including planning and use of materials and inspection of plumbing equipment and systems, as well as ensuring all work performed meets regulations throughout the medical center. **Job Summary**
The HVAC Mechanic performs a variety of skilled maintenance duties related to the facilities engineering and maintenance departments. This is primarly a first shift position. 7am to 3:30pm M-F. You must be able to work multiple shifts, weekends and holidays as well.
Responsibilities:
- Updates work statuses and documents tasks completed in the CMMS using a mobile device.
- Operates, maintains, and repairs centrifugal chiller systems, air handlers, supply fans, VAV devices, valves and thermostats per manufacturer specifications, The Joint Commission requirements and facility needs. Gives special emphasis to proper operation of pneumatic controls and devices.
- Assists in making decisions on all repairs and reports major problems to the Manger as appropriate.
- Supports project management activity as needed.
- Responds to emergency problems in the facility and makes emergency repairs as needed.
- Maintains logs, performs rounds, and completes P.M. work orders, tests, and inspections.
- Makes recommendations for modification or improvement of preventive maintenance systems.
- Maintains shops and mechanical areas in a clean and safe manner.
- Preforms other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years' experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting in an engineering or maintenance subject area, preferred.
- HVAC certification or license highly preferred.
- Experience working with blueprints and schematics.
- A general understanding of electro-mechanical equipment.
- Rudimentary ability to apply hand-operated construction equipment.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds and kneel/bend/stoop and perform strenuous labor for extended periods of time.

**Summary:** As an Office Manager, you will perform a variety of duties including coordination of all business unit accounting activities, maintaining cash control, payroll, including Living Wage Ordinance compliance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, profit and loss reconciliations, and human resources administration/benefits for personnel. You will coordinate routine office duties to include data entry, associate files, record retention, and support documentation. Other duties include coordinating associate events, monthly and annual business reports as well as handling the POS system, camera system and digital signage.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, preparation of payrolls, personnel, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
+ Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
+ Researches and develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
+ Establishes uniform correspondence procedures and style practices.
+ Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
+ Plans office layout, develops office budget, and initiates cost reduction programs.
+ Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
+ Prepares activities reports for guidance of management.
+ Coordinates activities of various clerical departments or workers within department.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ 3 years of administrative and clerical experience in an office, hotel, corporate and/or related work environment.
+ Thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
+ Working knowledge of processes and systems including financial reporting.
+ Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

Job Summary: The Church's Restaurant General Manger is passionate about providing our guests a high quality, value oriented dining experience with friendly, quick, accurate service in a clean and safe environment. The RGM is responsible and accountable for all of the business activities in one restaurant location, specifically to:

• Provide a superior and memorable experience for all guests.
• Achieve sales goals
• Control expenses to budget or better,
• Create an environment where team members are engaged in doing their jobs and encouraged to grow while delivering exceptional service.
• The Church's Restaurant General Manager direct reports usually include an Assistant Restaurant General Manager and/or Shift Leader). The number of direct reports may vary by location based on total sales volume, sales and geographic location of the restaurant.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Creates an in store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with regards to friendly, quick, and accurate service. Builds team understanding and commitment to guest service standards.
• Communicates and follows-up with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and food quality improvement opportunities.
• Assists and resolves all guest complaints in-person or by phone. Apply the "listen, apologize, satisfy and thank" model to all guest complaints.
• Ensures all incoming calls are handled in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
• Directs and conducts regular training with team members.
• Provides regular feedback to all team members and identifies areas for improvement.
• Works with direct reports to cross-train and assist in the development of new skills.
• Creates a work place where team members strive to do their best, are rewarded for performance, and have fun.
• Ensures that federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances are practiced and enforced,
• Maintains a clean and safe restaurant for guests and team members.
• Responsible for budgets and makes adjustments as needed.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws.
• Understands, enforces and adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains restaurant inventory and ensures accessibility and organization.
• Responsible for routine maintenance and repairs on all equipment.
• Prepares and analyzes operation reports

Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience):

• High school diploma or GED required. Must have (1) years of supervisory experience working in the restaurant industry.
• Successfully complete all training and make a passing score on all applicable tests.

Position Qualifications/Functional Skills:

• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of valid insurance.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 50 - 55 hours per week. Must be available to work a flexible shift including weekends.
• Knowledge of all restaurant policies, practices and operational and human resources procedures.
• Knowledge and understanding of labor cost reporting, operating statements, and other business-related reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of profit and loss statements
• Ability to implement policies and procedures.
• Skilled in developing employees by coaching, counseling, and building strong work habits.
