Our client is looking for entry level technicians to join their team, they have projects in Omaha Nebraska and are looking to build a team of 6 to support customer installation work. This role will entail driving their personal vehicle to customer sites, working in the elements, and being trained on fiber splicing and buildouts.

+ Maintains all communications equipment, components and associated equipment. Coordinates assigned communication equipment maintenance. Applies advanced technical knowledge to solve unusually complex problems that typically cannot be solved by referencing manufacturers' manuals or similar documents. Performs Preventative Maintenance on all communication equipment as scheduled.
+ Initiates and or assists in implementing engineering changes configuration management, Job Qualification Standards (JQS), Work Instructions (WI), and Procedures.
+ Performs complex troubleshooting, isolates malfunctions, repairs to the component level, and incorporates engineering changes. Work typically requires detailed understanding of the interrelationships of RF operating system diagnostics and circuits. Job Summary:

The Critical Power Level 4 Technician is an expert in the critical power industry and has extensive experience with telecommunications, utility and/or UPS power systems. This is a leadership position that will supervise and train less experienced technicians. A level 4 technician should be able to design custom power solutions and provide turnkey installations. Due to the energized electrical equipment (hot) work requirement of this position, safety must be of the highest importance. A major aspect of this position is to ensure the highest standards of quality and service. This position reports to the Regional Service Manager and does not have any direct reports.

• Education: AAS Degree / Tech School or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of technician experience with DC Power and/or UPS equipment is required.

LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED LOW VOLTAGE & STRUCTURED CABLING TECHNICIANS
1) Must have at least 2+ year of experience with tele-data cabling (Cat6 terminations and testing) in Commercial environments
2) Must have experience running/working with fiber
3) Field experience working on new construction job sites which required following OSHA safety rules & regulations
4) Ability to read blueprints and work self-sufficiently
Must have or be willing to get OSHA-10
Must have Reliable Transportation & Valid Drivers License
