**Responsibilities**

We are hiring a Senior Analyst, Remote Patient Monitoring, within our Clinical Transformation team in ADSI, to support Ascension's goal to differentiate ourselves on patient quality and innovation. Clinical Transformation is a rapidly growing division of the company working to leverage health technologies that include AI, wearables, virtual care, personalized patient messaging, and remote patient monitoring - with our team leading analytic efforts around these programs. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting our growing space of remote patient monitoring programs, including new wearable device integrations and other device-based patient monitoring programs. You will be integrated within a multi-disciplinary group of analysts, data scientists, developers, engineers, and medical professionals, supporting the rapid development, monitoring, reporting, and scaling of these digital programs.
As an ideal candidate, you will bring strong technical expertise in data processing and reporting pipelines, as well as data exploration, visualization, and quality control. Experience in clinical settings and/or wearable or other technology integrations in healthcare are pluses. To be successful, you will need to have strong SQL skills, natural curiosity and eagerness to learn, and enjoy working in a high-performing team.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Support remote patient monitoring program data requirements and quality assurance
+ Develop, build and maintain key performance indicators, in partnership with clinical leadership, including provider, patient, and business outcome metrics as well as implementation & expansion reporting
+ Support the evaluation of existing programs to ensure alignment with business and financial performance
+ Build and monitor data processing pipelines, working closely with data engineering and other technical teams to manage the data infrastructure needed to evaluate and scale programs
+ Build reporting dashboards that deliver on clinical and business stakeholder requirements, including documentation of data elements and metrics
+ Support ad hoc analytic requests and communicate findings to stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and guidance
**Work Experience:**
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience
+ Strong SQL skills are required ( _Please note, the interview process will include a SQL assessment.)_
+ Experience working with EHR, medical billing and coding, claims, and/or other healthcare data is preferred
+ Experience in clinical settings and/or wearable or other technology integrations in healthcare is desirable
+ Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Tableau, Looker, and/or Salesforce is desirable

Job Description:
Purpose of Job:
Improve the overall health of the communities we serve by providing social or behavioral health services to patients and families by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides individual and group counseling services within individual scope of practice to assist in clients in achieving more effective personal, social, educational and vocational development and adjustment.
- Available to primary care providers for behavioral health staffing and consultation.
- Collects psycho-social data about individuals and provide gathered information to providers to assist them in managing medical care.
- Perform mental health evaluations utilizing approved evaluation tools assessing amenability to mental health treatment and level of care needed.
- Develops detailed care plans for each client and document as part of the electronic health record.
- Links clients with various community resources.
- Provides in-service training for CHAS staff as requested.
- Participates in community outreach activities as directed.
- Responsible for performing chemical dependency assessments on clients using approved testing instruments and evaluating tools and determining their amenability for referral to other agencies and/or programs.
- Conducts individual and group counseling and education focusing on alcohol and drug treatment, relapse prevention, and cognitive behavioral change.
- Supervises and coordinates volunteers and behavioral health / social work students as required.
- Facilitates peer review and chart audit process as assigned.
- Performs other duties assigned, including supporting the CHAS Health Mission and Core Values.
Education/Experience: Valid state licensure as a Licensed Advanced Social Worker (or associate), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (or associate), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (or associate), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (or associate), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and/or Licensed Professional Counselor required. Two years of clinical practice with underserved populations desired.
Skills: Knowledge of available community linkage resources. Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
Computer skills required. Work requires consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion. BLS (CPR/AED)
required. Valid drivers' license and insurance required. Commitment to supporting a safe and respectful environment is required.
Physical Demands:
Must talk, hear, and sit more than two-thirds of the day. Using hands occurs over two-thirds of the day, while reaching with arms occurs less than one-third of the day. Communicating is required over two-thirds of the day, while climbing, stooping, or crawling is minimal. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
