Telehealth Physician - Family or Internal Medicine - 100% Remote
A rapidly growing telehealthcare company is seeking an experienced and compassionate Telehealth Physician to join their rapidly growing virtual care team. In this role, you will leverage advanced telemedicine platforms to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across a wide range of conditions. This role is 100% remote, but the ideal candidate will be licensed in CA, FL, NY or TX, and/or in multiple states through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact. Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual consultations for patients of all ages, addressing preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute conditions.

Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of conditions (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, asthma, infections).
Prescribe medications, order labs and imaging, and interpret diagnostic results.
Develop personalized treatment plans and coordinate referrals when in-person care is necessary.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in the EMR.
Collaborate with nurse practitioners, behavioral health providers, and care coordinators to deliver integrated care.
Stay current with evolving telehealth regulations, family medicine best practices, and clinical guidelines.
Qualifications
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active, unrestricted medical license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licenses preferred).
DEA license (if prescribing controlled substances).
Prior telemedicine or digital health experience is a plus but not required
Strong technology skills and comfort working with virtual care platforms.

Your Primary Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a Telehealth Medical Doctor to join our Emerging Markets team to support the Social Determinants of Health Program. As a Telehealth Medical Doctor you can anticipate responsibilities such as:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for new patients in the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) program, identifying and assessing social factors that impact their health.
- Develop personalized care plans that address these factors and provide referrals to Community Health Workers (CHWs) when appropriate to ensure patients receive the support they need to improve their health outcomes.
- Lead and oversee patient care within the Aeroflow Health Care Compass program.
- Provide clinical direction and guidance to ensure that care plans are aligned with the organization’s objectives and the specific needs of patients dealing with SDOH.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care that addresses both medical and social needs.
- Provide hands-on training and education to patients on the use of Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM), including sensor placement, device calibration, and connectivity. Instruct patients on the proper use of other remote patient monitoring devices, such as blood pressure monitors, scales, and pulse oximeters.
- Educate patients on the importance of monitoring their health and how these devices can help manage chronic conditions.
- Analyze and interpret data from CGM and other remote patient monitoring devices.
- Provide patients with actionable feedback based on their health data, offering insights into their progress and recommendations for improvements.
- Draft detailed reports summarizing findings and discuss these reports with patients to enhance understanding and engagement in their care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in patient charts, ensuring all clinical and educational interactions are recorded in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Review and sign off on notes from other qualified practitioners for billing purposes, ensuring compliance with “incident to” billing guidelines.
- Provide ongoing professional feedback and recommendations regarding the Aeroflow Health Care Compass program, its objectives, and overall processes.
- Contribute to continuous program improvements based on clinical findings and patient feedback to optimize outcomes for individuals facing social health challenges.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and social workers, to ensure coordinated care for patients.
- Provide case management support when needed, ensuring that all aspects of the patient's care are addressed holistically.

The role:
We are looking for a licensed Telehealth Physician to support our mission to radically improve access to high-quality brain health and dementia care! In this role, you will function as a key clinician dedicated to evaluating and managing patients brain health needs as part of a multidisciplinary team. Our physicians partner with therapists, neurologists, psychiatrists, and more to support clients during their brain health journey.
This position is available as a full time W2 or 1099 independent contract role.
Who you are:
- You hold an active MD/DO license in good standing in all (or almost all) 50 states
- Board-certified with an MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Geriatrics, behavioral health, and/or Alzheimers disease and related disorders experience strongly preferred and a minimum of 2+ years experience
- Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing and implementing outcome-focused care

- Knowledgeable in crisis response

The Role
To learn more about our company, visit are looking for a licensed Telehealth Physician to support our mission to radically improve access to high-quality brain health and dementia care! In this role, you will function as a key clinician dedicated to evaluating and managing patients brain health needs as part of a multidisciplinary team. Our physicians partner with therapists, neurologists, psychiatrists, and more to support clients during their brain health journey.
This position is available as a full time W2 or 1099 independent contract role.
Who You Are
- You hold an active MD/DO license in good standing in all (or almost all) 50 states
- Board-certified with an MD/DO from an accredited medical school
- Geriatrics, behavioral health, and/or Alzheimers disease and related disorders experience strongly preferred and a minimum of 2+ years experience
- Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing and implementing outcome-focused care
- Empathetic, active, and intuitive listening
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Knowledgeable in crisis response
- Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems and tools with ease (this includes, but is not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, proprietary EMR, etc.); able to provide own personal computer/laptop that meets security and telehealth standards
- Passionate about our mission of improving access to high-quality brain health and dementia care
- An entrepreneurial spirit or previous experience within a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred
- Hold thoughtful and engaged sessions with patients; 60-minute initial sessions and 30-minute follow-up sessions
- Provide 10-40 hours of weekly availability
- Ensure the most beneficial level of treatment is implemented for our patients
- Evaluate and assess that proper documentation and appropriate interventions are being implemented
- Fulfill any state-specific requirement as a collaborator (attendance in meetings, etc.)
- Must be clinically strong, function autonomously and competently, and utilize critical thinking skills to provide appropriate triage care
- Each nurse practitioner or other clinician that you supervise will do roughly an hour of work per individual per month (must abide by state rules and regulations)
- Create your own flexible schedule based on your individual availability! The scheduled time must fall within the hours of 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM US Eastern Time.

Our client is a rapidly growing telemedicine platform seeking MD/DO's with multiple state licenses to join on either a full-time or pay-per-visit basis. The ideal candidate will have board licensure in at least 10 or more states. Previous telemedicine experience not required.
