General Responsibilities
The Telematics Specialist will be responsible for acting as a Telematics point person to facilitate implementation of new Telematics clients and to provide excellent customer service for existing clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Participate/lead status calls with the client and vendor to help set up new Telematics clients.
- Work closely with vendor and installer to ensure successful installations.
- Must learn and demonstrate a knowledge of vehicle telematics.

Pay Range:
$46,200-$64,700
The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. The Technical Advisor (Telematics) plays a critical role in ensuring Toyota Material Handling North America's (TMHNA) forklifts and components comply with all regulations relating to wireless transmitters. Compensation:

The Systems Integration Engineer working on Telematics will be responsible for complete end to endintegration of Telematics Control Unit (TCU) and participate in the system level design activities for thesubsystem. You will be the point person for anything TCU related on this platform and lead the bring up activities in each of the vehicle builds. You will Conceptualize, Design, Engineer, Develop and support the launch of next-generation vehicle platforms for electric vehicles.

+ Collaborate with the software team to tune the performance of the Telephony and GNSS systems to deliver exceptional customer experience.
+ Develop the TCU system with various cross-functional teams such as Controls, Security, Hardware and UX to realize the overall objectives within budget and program time.
+ Develop detailed electrical device transmittals for various connectivity components and own the document until production.
+ Work closely with factory and manufacturing teams to ensure the successful deployment of the TCU in vehicles, addressing connectivity and diagnostic issues.

We are seeking a dedicated **P&C Product Management Director** to support the P&C Auto Telematics product area. In this role you will contribute hands-on, conducting deep-dive analytical research into production trends and financial results to support the understanding, management, and improvement of Telematics products. You will also lead partners through maturing and documenting controls and gap assessments for business processes to mature data governance for these products.
The **P&C Product Management Director** is accountable for the achievement of property and casualty insurance (P&C) profit and growth targets in assigned state(s) or geographic region or on a national product basis. Develops strategic vision and tactical plan that will profitably expand USAA product line market share. Focuses on state-specific or national product competitive and financial KPIs to anticipate and react to potential trends. Identifies opportunities to make regional or national impacts across P&C, which drive best practices and innovation across the organization.
This role is remote eligible, however, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week.
**What you'll do:**
+ Works with large data sets and leads business analysis of state-specific P&L and marketing strategy and the impact of marketing investments to influence P&L results.
+ Provides guidance on key financial and customer-related concerns from executives using multiple data sources including SAS, SQL, Tableau, R, etc.
