Job Summary and Qualifications
Registered Nurses in our team provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, educate patients about their health conditions, and offer emotional support to patients and their families. RNs exercise independent judgment while delivering a variety of nursing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to our facility's Standards of Performance and ICARE values.
Monitor, assess, and document changes in patients' conditions, reporting and acting accordingly.
Maintain accurate patient records and reports while consulting with healthcare colleagues to optimize patient care plans.
Delegate nursing tasks while retaining responsibility for each patient's care.
Provide personalized education for patients and families throughout the care continuum.
Follow safety and infection control protocols to ensure the highest quality of care.
Comply with all policies related to EKG interpretation and required training.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license from a compact state or the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
BLS certification required.
ACLS/Telemetry training must be completed within 6 months of hire.
