ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Offer behavioral support both inside and outside the classroom, utilizing techniques such as redirection, positive reinforcement, collaborative discussions, and planning with students, in alignment with the program model.
  • Guide students in acquiring and practicing social, emotional, and academic skills.
  • Deliver individual and small group instructional services to students under the supervision of a licensed staff member.
  • Implement crisis intervention and physical management techniques per SafetyCare training to ensure the safety of students, staff, and facilities. Ride district buses in the morning and afternoon as necessary to ensure students arrive at school safely and follow SafetyCare methods on the bus if required.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and monitoring of students, especially during transition periods throughout the school day (e.g., arrival, meals, breaks, recess, etc.), in collaboration with other staff members. Track and document student progress as directed.
  • Continuously assess the level of intervention required to support and facilitate classroom learning activities.
  • Work closely with licensed Mental Health Specialists, administration, and classroom staff to understand students' skill levels, characteristics, strengths, disabilities, learning styles, and primary objectives.
  • Comply with mandatory reporting laws and promptly report any suspicions of potential abuse, neglect, self-harm, or endangerment of others to the program Principal, program coordinator (or designated substitute).

  • Safeguard the confidentiality of information related to students and their families. Conduct searches of students when necessary, in accordance with program guidelines.

**Machine Operator**
**Location: Monticello, MN**
**Schedule:**
**- 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 6AM - 4:30PM**
**- 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:30PM - 3:00AM**
**Summary**
This position is responsible for the set-up and operation of CNC machines and tooling (e.g., tool changes and wear) in the assigned cell or production area. Responsible for machining parts and operating CNC machines while maintaining quality and safety standards. Machine Operator will work with various materials and parts from castings. Duties are performed under direct supervision. This individual must be dedicated to the success of Polaris and its quest to continually improve its operations. Perform duties to manufacture Polaris products, meeting OSHA and other compliance requirements.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operates CNC equipment and is responsible for the proper use of machines, tooling and inspection equipment.
+ Loads parts into machine and verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run and sample parts.
+ Maintains production rate in terms of cycle time, quantity and quality assigned to the job.
+ Changes cutting tools and adjusts machine feeds and speeds as needed.
+ Understands the manufacturing and machining processes and makes suggestions in how to improve these processes.
+ Uses various measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers and other inspection gauges.
+ Verifies fixture setup using all necessary inspection equipment under supervision.
+ Makes high quality parts to specifications and assists with the identification of root causes and corrective action for quality problems.
+ Understands and follows work orders and documents. Ensures all production process documentation is completed and accurate.
+ Performs in process inspection of machined parts and accurately completes the required paperwork such as the Inspection Process (IP) sheet.
+ Documents and communicates among shifts any actions taken (e.g., changes, concerns) on machine operations.
+ Is able to maintain a balanced workload by prioritizing and maintaining machine set-up, production and maintenance duties.
+ Completes secondary operations such as deburring, assembling and washing parts during the machine cycle time per the print and machining process.

**Summary**
In the Assembly Operator position, you will perform a wide variety of tasks to prepare or build up vehicle parts, sub-systems, and components.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
Install parts and components into a gauge or other Polaris product on an assembly line. Perform checks and inspections to ensure good quality. Use and operate various hand tools and production equipment. Assembly Operators work in a repetitive, fast-paced environment and participate in teams to improve processes. Train and become competent at assembly work stations as assigned by lead and supervisor. Adheres to all Polaris safety policies and fosters a safe working environment. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
**Qualifications:**

**GENERAL DUTIES**
Under general supervision, is responsible for the operation, maintenance, adjustments, testing and repair of steam power plant, air conditioning, chiller plant, fire protection systems, electro-mechanical building equipment and related auxiliary systems in public buildings; performs related work.
- Operates, maintains repairs and adjusts manuals and automatic gas and oil fired boilers, furnaces, steam reducing stations, engines, turbines , pumps, valves, heat exchangers, generators, motors, water treatment systems, cooling towers, condensers, evaporators, emergency generators and associated equipment for heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and lighting in public buildings.
- Performs periodic inspections of equipment and repairs of such equipment.
- Schedules, performs and may oversee preventive maintenance.
- Directs the work of oilers, high-pressure plant tenders and other subordinate personnel assigned to HVAC plant operations.
- Takes responsible charge of a watch and while so engaged, supervises and directs subordinates personnel; addresses emergency repairs as required.
- Operates control consoles in control rooms for building maintenance and building automation systems.
- Adjusts HVAC systems water chemistry through testing, treatment, retesting and recording of readings.
- Prepares requisitions for materials and spare parts in accordance with College procedures.
- Orients, trains and monitors subordinates and other personnel on plant operations and job related safety.

City Tech's Buildings and Grounds Department is seeking to hire three (3) Stationary Engineers to join our hardworking and dedicated team.
Buildings & Grounds at City Tech is currently recruiting for two shifts:
+ 2pm-10pm
+ 6am-2pm.
**IMPORTANT NOTE** : Applicants must meet the minimum qualification requirements. In addition, individuals who are in a permanent Stationary Engineer title or who have applied for Stationary Engineer, exams #6102 or #6546, are encouraged to apply and will be considered.

- A valid Interior Fire Alarm Certificate issued by the New York City Fire Department
