The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in fleet management. Proven experience with managing large, diverse fleets, including significant exposure to electric vehicle operations and charging infrastructure, is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, maintenance practices, and fleet management technologies is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills are required. This is a demanding but rewarding role for an experienced professional ready to lead in a critical operational function.
