We are looking for a Test Automation Lead to assess software quality through manual and automated testing. You will be responsible for finding and reporting bugs and glitches.

In this role, you should have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are also competent in executing test cases and are passionate about quality, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will ensure that our products, applications and systems work correctly.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications

Requirements

• 6 years of relevant and progressive software development/testing, systems engineering and/or architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on automation tester with experience working on different automation frameworks.
• Exposure to Testing open shift application
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft TFS Azure DevOps
• Knowledge and experience with Agile development and testing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to do multi-task effectively
• Knowledge on performance testing using JMeter is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:
+ As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity.
+ You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.

Basic Qualifications:
+ A minimum of 7 years of work experience
+ A minimum of 5 years of Database Testing Automation with Selenium experience
+ High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
+ Financial Services or Banking Industry experience
+ Data Warehouse ETL Testing experience
+ Automated Testing, Test Execution and Management, and SAP Testing experience

Perform system integration support for all project work using test Automation with CI/CD . Consult and partner with the business product owners to understand the end goal and offer solutions and recommendations during the design.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

2. Lead and participate in the development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of highly complex solutions in adherence to company standards, including robust unit testing and support for subsequent release testing.
3. Build non-functional monitoring capabilities and provide escalated support for highly complex applications in production.
4. Build in and maintain security controls and monitoring in support of company standards.
5. Typically lead moderately complex projects and participate in larger, more complex initiatives.
6. Solve complex technical and operational problems. Act as a resource for teammates with less experience
7. May oversee the work of a small team.

In an Agile environment: Responsible for delivering high quality working software and automating manual/reusable tasks working directly, and engage with, the business from the beginning of the design work. 6. Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
