MAG Aerospace is seeking a cleared Project Lead to support an Army Product Management Office on Ft Belvoir, VA. - Oversee or conduct Test and Evaluation Working Integrated Product Teams (T&E WIPTs) and Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs) and ensure adequacy of associated test plans, procedures, and test execution, and closure on all test issues.
- Ensure military tactics, techniques, and procedures used during testing are current and representative.
- Attend testing and report of test results and issues as required by PM.
- Evaluate test data, assess risks, and develop test result summaries for leadership briefings, Suitability Statements and Milestone Decisions.
- Work with Assistant Product Managers, Product Leads and PMs to understand interfaces and address and resolve integration issues.
- Review system evaluation plans, evaluation strategy reviews, and provide input to the PMs.
- Work on scheduling and resourcing DT/OT events.
- Review test plans, test procedures, test reports and system assessment reports, for adequacy, accuracy, and identification of issues.
- Use test plans or other program data/research to develop fiscal year ammunition requirements to support programs.
- Track all testing planned and maintain a Master Test Schedule. Share data with PEO level T&E personnel for test synchronization.
- Ensure all Government test planning documents are uploaded to the appropriate databases.

Job Description
Position Summary
The position will involve the testing and evaluation of customer returned material. the calibration of master meters and test stands. Conduct and report on production oversight testing. Coordinate the processing of internal RMA's. Assist in the development of methods, processes, procedures and equipment that will improve the failure analysis process and/or reduce failures. Must be able to interface well with all areas of the business (marketing, customer service, manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering) as well as outside vendors.
Reports to Quality Assurance Manager
Special Abilities
Hands-on ability to operate various testing and laboratory equipment.
Ability to facilitate and coordinate the processing of internal RMA's
Knowledge and understanding of a water meters, both from a mechanical and electrical viewpoint
Ability to develop testing methods and programs, and to construct test setups for non-standard or
unique applications
Fundamental knowledge of the manufacturing processes and standards used in water meter manufacturing
Working competency of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to organize work and time efficiently to complete assignments within a given or specific timeframe
Qualifications
Position requires the minimum of an Associates Degree in an Engineering field and/or 2+ years experience in performing technical product evaluations and testing.
