This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Air Force Research Lab, Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, and other DoD missions. Your role will be to support our diverse portfolio of programs through a combination of software design and development, hardware interfacing and integration, laboratory experimentation, ground and flight testing to deploy cutting edge, next generation solutions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Works with the project team to ensure testability of software and system requirements and capabilities.

  • Troubleshoots software & systems

  • Applies appropriate principles, standards, processes, procedures and tools throughout the software development life cycle.

  • Duties include software requirements analysis, analysis of hardware compatibility, development of software products and tools used for design, development and maintenance of infrastructure, and platforms

  • Collaborate with Test Team members over execution of the test process.

  • Collaborates with the Cybersecurity team as required to support the RMF process

  • Creates test plan and procedures for embedded software to verify capabilities and requirements; including interface testing.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience working with embedded systems

  • Experience working in a SIL and HWIL environment
