**Job Description:**
At Regions, the Quality Assurance Testing Analyst supports the application development organization by conducting software testing activities aimed to improve the functionality of applications systems across the organization.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Performs manual testing of applications
+ Analyzes test data to determine pain points and recommend improvements or modifications to better meet customer needs
+ Maintains documentation for testing activities and cases
+ Collaborates with peers to create parameters and comparison data for improved accuracy
+ Performs post-production validation
+ May assist with coordinating non-functional testing activities, including performance testing, concert testing, and pen testing
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
**Requirements**
+ High School Diploma or GED and six (6) years of quality or related experience
+ Or Bachelor's degree in related field and two (2) years of quality or related experience

A day in the life of a Product Testing Analyst at Vans looks a little like this.
As a key member of the Global Footwear Product Development Team, the Product Testing Analyst will work across all footwear categories to coordinate and communicate the results of fit testing, while supporting wear testing in collaboration with the Human Factors Researcher. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Fit and Wear Testing, this role is responsible for managing the fit testing process, identifying trends, providing actionable recommendations, and contributing to product development decisions. You'll be engaged throughout the product creation process, from pre-season briefing to product launch, requiring close communication and collaboration with internal business partners.
Let's break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.
+ Own the footwear fit testing process at each seasonal stage gate:
+ Conduct in-person fit tests and report on first-impression feedback.
+ Recruit, educate, and maintain a network of product testers throughout the product creation process, including use of the 3D foot scanner and specialized fit models.
+ Establish and maintain relationships with external testing partners (universities, skate shops, etc.).
+ Partner with the Human Factors Researcher to support wear test execution, ensuring smooth logistics and accurate data collection.
+ Communicate with VFA counterparts on risk assessment, best practices, and constructions to ensure best-in-class product integrity.
+ Work closely with Product Developers on every new style:

This person is going to be overseeing and coordinating all testing activities related to the migration of commercial loan portfolios from multiple servicing and accounting systems to AFS Vision. This individual will be responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of end-to-end testing across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a successful conversion through mock cycles and go-live.

· Bachelor's degree with 7 years of bank operations or technology experience, or High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
· 5+ years of experience leading or managing testing during enterprise-wide system conversions and implementations.
· Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex testing programs. · Experience with AFS Vision, FIS ACBS, LoanIQ, Jack Henry, or similar commercial loan servicing systems.
· Experience using Microsoft ADO or other enterprise test case management systems to manage testing scripts and results.

Department Overview :
Roles in the second line of defense Financial Crime Risk Management Testing team (FCRM) are responsible for maintaining a dynamic, risk-based, independent testing process to periodically review the design and operating effectiveness of key business and function processes and controls to identify potential risks, assess weaknesses and gaps with TD's policies, procedures, and expectations or non-compliance with key laws and regulatory requirements. Testing teams implement consistent and standardized testing methodology to evaluate the effectiveness of processes and controls in place and identify issues of varying severity levels. The Testing Team staff are objective and independent of FCRM Program execution activities and are responsible for developing and executing an Annual Test Plan that is comprised of mandatory and risk-based testing of financial crime risks owned by the first and second lines of defense.
The Financial Crime Risk Management Testing team is responsible for testing all Bank programs that aim to facilitate compliance with anti-money laundering, anti-terrorist financing, anti-bribery and corruption, and sanctions laws and regulations.
