Job Description
As a Testing associate I for the Securities Services LOB ; in a cross business, cross functional project based environment. Flexibility to provide Testing experience on other LOB's and support transformational Global initiatives within Cross Product Change Services. The successful candidate would also be expected to support the strategic roll out of an automated testing solution.
Job Responsibilities
- Document and execute test scenarios by identifying specific scenarios and writing test scripts using Business Driven Development.
- Record and document testing results in the JIRA tool.
- Utilize test automation tools to enable efficient and timely end-to-end test execution; prior experience with automated testing is required.
- Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology teams.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate and enhance testing processes for assigned projects, and share this information with team members for validation prior to implementation.
- Take responsibility for monitoring and reporting testing defects, as well as managing the re-testing process.
- Validate and present test results for internal sign-off.
- Engage in internal and cross-team initiatives by actively participating in and contributing to efforts aimed at improving efficiency and ensuring high-quality delivery across teams.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrate extensive experience in functional and regression testing, particularly within the financial services industry, with a preference for global custody business.
- Exhibit proficiency in both functional and regression testing, including defining requirements, documenting user stories, and executing test scripts.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to scope and address complex issues efficiently.
- Possess expertise in Agile project delivery methodology and adapt readily to evolving methodologies.
- Utilize test automation tools for efficient end-to-end test execution.
- Develop and analyze data-driven reports to support program reporting.
- Communicate effectively by providing clear updates to team members, colleagues, senior leads, executives, and clients.
- Conduct and contribute to program updates, project meetings, and team meetings, with the ability to deputize for the Test Manager when necessary.
- Manage multiple projects, lead teams, and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships across various business lines and global locations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree with relevant professional experience.
- Possess a qualification in project or Agile methodology
- Demonstrate effective change management skills and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Utilize data visualization and user tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, QlikView, and Xceptor.

**Position Summary**
The Associate-II Quality Assurance role is integral to ensuring quality standards in both the Process Execution Teams (PET) and designated areas outside of PETs. This role involves supporting various QA activities such as batch release, change control, process validation, deviation investigations, SOPs, supplier management, distribution center management, and regulatory interactions. Initial focus may be on certain specialized areas, with the aim of gaining comprehensive knowledge over time and enhancing proficiency in all responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain a strong understanding of relevant production processes and quality systems.
+ Review and approve GMP documentation impacting operational activities and facilities, including:
+ Change Requests
+ Batch Records and associated documentation
+ Product and Component Release transactions in SAP
+ Quality Investigations (Deviations, Product Complaints)
+ Support Aseptic Manufacturing operations
+ Validation Plans, Protocols, and Reports
+ Standard Operating Procedures
+ Collaborate with and influence quality professionals to ensure consistent execution of quality systems throughout the organization.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, operations, or Quality Assurance.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.
+ High motivation to learn and develop skills.

+ Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in science is desirable.

Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a **QA Associate near West Chester, OH.**
- *Contract position (~6 months)**
- *Shift:** 6pm-6am rotating 12 hour shifts (2-2-3 rotating schedule)
- *Compensation:** $25-$29/hr DOE
- *Position Summary**
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of relevant production processes and quality systems.
- Review and approve GMP documentation impacting operational activities and facilities, including:
- Change Requests
- Batch Records and associated documentation
- Product and Component Release transactions in SAP
- Quality Investigations (Deviations, Product Complaints)
- Support Aseptic Manufacturing operations
- Validation Plans, Protocols, and Reports
- Standard Operating Procedures
- Collaborate with and influence quality professionals to ensure consistent execution of quality systems throughout the organization.
- Execute QA processes, including batch record review, product disposition, and quality issue resolution, to facilitate timely flow of products and documents.
- Liaise with site support groups on projects impacting the PET/assigned area, ensuring GMP compliance during all project phases.
- Drive process improvements and risk assessments; benchmark QA practices to identify innovative, efficient, and effective methods.
- Stay updated on regulatory compliance practices and recommend implementation strategies.
- Collaborate in data analysis and reporting on quality metrics and key performance indicators.
- Night Shift: 6 PM - 6 AM
- Rotational: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, operations, or Quality Assurance.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- High motivation to learn and develop skills.
- **Aseptic Gown Qualification required**
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in science is desirable.
- Experience in a Lean, process-centric environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Multi-site or multi-functional experience.
