- Conduct functional and performance testing of RF and electronic assemblies, subassemblies, and systems using advanced test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose RF and electronic circuits down to the component level, pinpointing failures and ensuring products conform to specifications.
- Interpret schematics, technical drawings, and test procedures to execute accurate testing and validation processes.
- Record and report test results, non-conformances, and findings using internal quality and tracking systems.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Calibrate and maintain RF test equipment according to company and industry standards.
- Ensure all testing activities follow internal procedures and safety standards, including ESD handling protocols.

**About the role**
Responsible for Manual and Automated testing of multiple enrollment systems (Selerix, Common Census, and Third-Party Systems) by working collaboratively with the Enrollment Technologies Team. The testing process involves analyzing case requirements, state rules, underwriting offers, and effectively monitoring workflow to successfully meet tight deadlines. Additional responsibilities include identifying, documenting, and reporting defects in conjunction with performing end-to-end testing.
**Key Accountabilities:**
+ Testing. This includes confirming products, rates, forms, underwriting offer and general functionality utilizing multiple enrollment systems.
+ Testing SME: This includes Hot Fix Defect Testing/Smoke Testing/UAT Testing and communicating results to appropriate team for further action.
+ Testing process improvement: Identify areas of testing protocol which can be improved, and present ideas for improvement implementation including semi-automated testing.
+ Problem Resolution: Identify problems with case data, working on consultative solutions involving all necessary parties and providing notification on cases that may not meet required turnaround times to appropriate parties. Use alternative approaches on missing items to complete case build.
+ Training Assistance: Assist Trainer with conducting ongoing training and refresher classes as required.
+ Customer Service: Communicate with internal departments, vendors, and clients effectively and collaboratively.
+ Work Instruction Documentation: Create and enhance EnrollTech Teamwork Instructions as needed.
+ Project Management: Works independently to prioritize workload to accomplish assigned cases. Participate in projects as they arise. Takes a proactive approach to ensure program is deployed successfully.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Two-year college or technical degree
+ Minimum 1 year testing experience

+ Proficient with MS Office suite

The **Eau Claire, WI** Research Center is seeking a **Field Testing Specialist** .
**Please note: there is no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance provided for this role.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Operation and basic maintenance of standard agricultural and specialized research equipment. This includes tractors, planters, sprayers, combines and unmanned aerial systems.
+ Conduct field experiments according to specific protocols, exercising independent judgment and discretion as appropriate.
+ Effectively communicate with coworkers, managers, and stakeholders.
+ Plan and coordinate with vendors as necessary to ensure that equipment is field ready.
+ Manage and direct the work of temporary and seasonal employees as necessary.
+ Assist with seed preparation for planting, pollinating, and combine/hand harvest. These are critical times for the success of the research center, so weekend work and overtime will be required at these times.
+ Contribute to maintaining a safe and respectful work environment.
+ Maintain and ensure proper policies are being upheld through compliance record keeping and documentation.
**What Skills You Need:**
+ High school diploma/GED with 4 years of experience in Agronomy, Plant Breeding, or a scientific-related field OR Associate's or Bachelor's in agriculture or scientific field with 0-4 years experience.
+ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work well with diverse groups of people
