**In this position.**
To support these objectives, a Thermal Systems and Testing Engineer conducts and monitors the thermal development via CAE and/or physical test to optimize the vehicle's airflows (front end cooling pack & air induction) and fluid temperatures.
This job will expose the Thermal Systems and Testing Engineer to a large area of the vehicle being developed, primarily Powertrain, Chassis, Electrical Systems and Body. The engineer will maintain a high degree of collaboration with multi-functional teams to review thermal management issues, conduct root cause analysis, develop technical proposals to resolve issues and help optimize designs.

**What you'll do.**
+ Lead the development of the vehicle thermal systems through analytical tools and processes from the program inception through the design sign-off
+ Lead the vehicle verification via prototype testing to achieve the final engineering sign-off
+ Interact with the Design and Release team to make sure the thermal properties of the vehicle's components meet the Corporate requirements
+ Act as the liaison between the wind tunnel and the Thermal Systems Engineering team
+ Assist in managing the Wind Tunnel schedule from the TSE side
+ Manage the TSE instrumentation and data acquisition equipment
+ Support the development of introductory training courses for all Thermal Systems engineers to teach how to set up ATI equipment and perform basic troubleshooting steps to resolve issues
+ Lead and/or support trips for testing at APG or other facilities
+ Act as a liaison between Roush and TSE, informing Roush team of TSE priorities
+ Work with Ford Safety to confirm safe instrumentation practices are followed, both at the wind tunnel and other facilities (e.g., test tracks, etc.)
+ Support Core Projects aimed at increasing efficiency for TSE
**You'll have.**
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or similar
+ 1-3 years hands-on experience and proficiency in vehicle thermal simulation and testing
+ 3 to 5 years of experience as a Design & Release Engineer or a System's Engineer is a plus
+ Foundational background in thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics and electrical fundamentals
+ Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
+ Good communication skills, verbal and written (English language)
+ On-site attendance. Some flexibility in hours is allowed but the employee must be available during the core U.S. work hours

This position is a working lead that monitors internal and external procedures, policies and regulations to ensure quality, safety and legal standards are maintained. Provide direction to Quality Control Technicians. Train new technicians or technicians on loan or transferring from other areas of the manufacturing plant. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with shift supervision to ensure compliance to company rules, policies and procedures. Promote a safe and fair working environment for plant workers and contractors.

- Ensure Quality Assurance Technicians perform pre-operations inspection that include cleanliness of lines and equipment is in proper working order.
- Perform secondary quality inspection to monitor production lines that includes, but are not limited to, mixer operation, oven temperatures, dough temperature, ingredients, and hazard analysis critical control processes (HACCP), make-up area and packaging.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and technological changes that may affect the food industry, including Federal Drug Administration (FDA), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), AIB International and British Retail Consortium (BRC). Investigate and document any compliance issues. Provide results and recommendations to management.
- Conduct lab testing related to moisture and ph testing, specification parameter evaluations as well as "bake and texture" analysis. Record finding and complete evaluation forms.
- Assist in the training and performance management of QA Technicians and other lab personnel
- Review QA Technician performance against established KPI's and metrics; identify and recommend training needs where gaps exist
- Calibrate thermometers, scales and pH meters daily.
- Establish and maintain exception records and note trends for management; develop and monitor corrective/preventative actions for manufacturing as it relates to QA processes
- Review or perform microbiology testing for product lines, plate samples and read results for a variety of plates (i.e.: Ecoli, coliform, yeast and mold).
- Participate in BRC and AIB audit as directed by management
- Collaborate with management to identify and complete relevant training classes and certifications that support development and goals and objectives of Champion Foods.
- Assists Quality Assurance Manager with other duties and projects as assigned.
- Keeps current on information and techniques related to food safety.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a food service environment including experience laboratory experience (pH, salt and flour analysis, temperature controls microbiology testing, etc.).
- Previous experience in quality and food safety in a manufacturing environment, including a minimum of one (1) year experience in Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and working knowledge of Federal Drug Administration (FDA) and United States Drug Administration (USDA) compliance.
- Previous experience in a position providing formal or informal work direction or training.

Required:

Overview
Netarx is seeking a driven and technically skilled Quality Assurance Developer to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about software quality, test automation, and building scalable QA solutions. As a QA Developer, youll be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-performing, secure, and reliable software by designing and implementing cutting-edge testing strategies.
Youll work closely with Software Engineers and Sales Engineers to understand functional and technical requirements and ensure that our products meet and exceed industry standards.
What Youll Do
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium , Katalon , or TestNG .
- Build and maintain CI/CD-integrated automated test pipelines using platforms like Jenkins , GitHub Actions , or Azure DevOps .
- Develop and execute API testing using Postman , REST Assured , or SoapUI .
- Create and manage test cases, bugs, and reports within Jira , Xray , or other test management tools.

What You Bring

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
