We are looking for a Textile CAD Designer - Freelance for a top fashion company in New York, New York!

Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of seasonal surface assortments.
  • Aid in providing appropriate branded product ranges related to the overall concept and business strategy; Print, color and graphics coverage for new / existing product lines.
  • Apply a solid working knowledge of fashion trends and consumer needs to print and pattern designs.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of presentations, floorset decks, spek packs, and any tools needed to develop print / color / graphics with our supplier base at a select level.
Required Qualifications:
  • BFA Textile Design, Design, or similar degree.
  • 1-5 years relevant experience.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to manage large amounts of design tools to ensure product accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Team-oriented individual.
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, specifically Illustrator.
