Electrospinning Production Operator
Pay: $17/hour
Location: Claremore, OK
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Electrospinning Production Operator to join our growing textile manufacturing team in Claremore. The Electrospinning Production Operator will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality control, and operating specialized equipment within a dynamic and expanding industry.
Required Experience & Skills
- Background in textile manufacturing and/or converting preferred li>Experience in web path handling and tension control
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
- Ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes
- Strong focus on safety and quality standards
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 51 lbs (assistance provided for 102+ lbs)
- Comfortable with standing/walking 90% of the day
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage daily production in an electrospinning textile environment
- Operate and maintain specialized production equipment
- Monitor and adjust web path tension and control to meet standards
- Follow and uphold quality control measures for product consistency
- Ensure full compliance with safety protocols and company policies as an Electrospinning Production Operator

- High school diploma or GED preferred; additional technical training a plus

Arthrex Manufacturing is actively searching for a Supervisor.This position will be located at the new Arthrex manufacturing facility in Pendleton, SC. The hours for this position are Weekend Shift (6:00a - 6:00p Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
This position involves the assembly and testing of medical products and related packaging. Therefore, the work is performed in a clean room environment.Employees who work in clean rooms have a gowning process which includes wearing a hair net, lab coat and booties over shoes. Employees who work in clean rooms may not wear makeup, jewelry, perfumes, hair gels, fake eyelashes, fake nails, etc.
Main Objective:
To oversee, manage and provide direction to the manufacturing department that will effectively and profitably meet or exceed the internal and /or external clients expectations by providing superior quality products and service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform training of manufacturing teams, test comprehension and evaluate training effectiveness
- Monitors production plan meeting daily production schedules and reports status
- Ensures that production goals are met consistently
- Gives input for introduction of new products into the plant
- Assures proper maintenance of equipment and tooling
- Monitors employee performance through goal setting
- Identifies and promptly tackles morale problems
- Delegates responsibility and works with others to develop their capabilities
- Maintains attendance records, overtime, work schedules and implements company policies.
- Reviews, counsels, evaluates, disciplines, hires and discharges employees with the assistance of HR
- Monitors and controls scrap
- Recommends proper staffing levels based on production needs
- Maintains currency with ISO/FDA and internal quality assurance policies
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Bachelors degree isOperations Management, Business, or related field is preferredpreferred.
- 5 years of manufacturing experience required, OR 3 years of progressive manufacturing experience AND a bachelors degree.
- 3 years of leadership experience preferred.
- Self motivated invidual, with ability to take new products and establish supporting manufacturing documentation including SOPs, standard work instructions
- Well versed in Lean Manufacturing / Visual management techniques, promotes them and able to apply them to manufacturing processes to optimize process and ensure Quality is built in
- Quality Focused, active contributor to addressing Quality issues in a timely manner and able to participate in Root Cause Analsysis to ensure issues are dealt with effectively
- Experienced in Medical Device industry, in both manual assembly process but also automation manufacturing environment a plus
- Strong safety/environmental background, experienced in the safe handling and processing of routine chemicals A plus
- Experienced in suture assembly and processing techniques, including needle attaching, winding techniques and packaging highly preferred
Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:
Demonstrates process improvement skills
Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
Textiles/Sutures/Braiding.
Proficiency with standard MS Office desktop applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
