We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Staff member to join our team to keep the park looking its best. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment in our facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all areas are well-kept and that health and safety standards are met.
Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement of 15 years of age to be considered for this position.
- Be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays and special events.

Position Summary
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests by answering any questions regarding the facility with a smile and upbeat disposition.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms in the theme and water park (in season) ensuring that all supplies are stocked and maintained.
- Responsibility for the general cleanliness of tables, dining rooms, pavilions, park grounds, Water Park, party rooms/area and all other areas as required.
- Empty trash cans throughout the park and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
- Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors to ensure they are streak-free and clear.
- Maintain janitorial equipment and supplies, reporting any malfunctions or the need for restocking.
- Complete all checklist(s) for daily cleaning tasks.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and event setups as needed.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and emergencies.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, hosing down deck areas, and dusting of floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills. Prioritizes and performs a variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction.
- Learn, understand and follow required procedures and practices for safe use and storage of commercial cleaning products, for cleanup of spills, and for when and how to use company-issued personal protective equipment such as gloves, goggles and masks.
- Must be a team player and able to work well with the other team members and management team.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to tolerate working in an outdoor (hot/cold) environment
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50lbs or more, carry, move, push, pull equipment as needed

- Ability to work in a loud environment, fast-paced environment with flashing lights.
