**Part-time ( Fri 11pm-7am and Sat 11pm-7am ) 16 hours/week**

Are you passionate about supporting youth in your community? Our community based Residential Care and Specialty Homes are designed for youth with intensive clinical and/or behavioral needs. We are a leader in providing caring support and intensive therapy and looking to build our team.
+ Orient youth within our program by providing compassion, assistance with individual plans and supervision as well as provide guidance to each youth/teen in the areas of daily living, personal care, financial management, community/social integration, and/or job skills development.
+ Establish a therapeutic relationship focused on building relationships, direct support, and service delivery.
+ Organize and determine recreational outings to observe behaviors and record observations.
+ Coordinate, organize, and/or assist with household activities such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and life skills training.
+ Provide transportation to school, activities, and appointments.
+ Provide thorough proper documentation and notes in collaboration with team members.
**_Qualifications:_**
+ High School Diploma 1 year verifiable experience working with Youth At-Risk or Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Services, Criminal Justice, or Psychology
+ Experience providing service to teens ages 10-18 with emotional, medical, and behavioral disability required
+ Valid driver's license in good standing
+ CPR/First Aid certification preferred
+ Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines

5. Familiarize self with Rules and Regulations as related to the organization and distribute to staff as needed.
6. Regularly audit client and foster family files to ensure compliance with Rules and Regulations and Agency Standard Operating Procedures.
7. Provide clerical or secretarial duties as necessary for the organization to operate efficiently.
8. Ensure workstation and lobby area are clean and presentable to the public. Perform office duties as listed on the openings and closing procedures.
9. Provide support to program manager and case managers to ensure their needs are readily and effectively met.
10. Assist in the recruitment of new foster parents, as directed.

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Director of Therapy Services is responsible for the effective implementation of the philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures of the hospital and PT, OT and ST services lines. This includes patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The Director has the authority to make decisions on these departments in the areas of patient care, education, human resource, and financial management.

Responsibilities: Scope of Services
The Independent Contractor-Therapy Services will provide therapeutic mental health services to clients in alignment with the contractor's license, training, and scope of practice. These services aim to support individuals' mental health and well-being and may include, but are not limited to:
- develop individualized treatment plans/Family Service Plans tailored to each client's needs and in collaboration with DFCS case plan.
- Apply clinical techniques to address symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral disorders, and other mental health diagnoses
- Provide timely , goal-oriented services to assigned clients and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated
- Maintain documentation of services provided, including treatment plans, progress notes, and related records, in accordance with contractual standards
- Participate in case reviews, clinical consultation, and collaborative planning with external providers, as requested
- Refer or coordinate with crisis response teams and emergency services when appropriate
- Offer guidance, education, and resource referrals to support client recovery and goal attainment
- Maintain compliance with ethical standards, licensing board rules, DFCS State Org Chart, and all applicable regulations
- Master's Degree in Social Work , Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
- Active licensure or license-eligible as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent in the service state
- Minimum of two years' experience providing therapy services to children and/or families
- Must secure independent clinical supervision if not fully licensed
- Reliable means of providing services (in-person or virtual) and ability to meet contractual documentation expectations
- Contractor must live within 100 miles of the assigned reporting office
- Completion of clinical documentation within agreed-upon timeframes
- Accurate and timely invoicing aligned with completed service units
- Engagement in service delivery that reflects professional standards of care and accountability
