We're seeking passionate Therapeutic Behavioral Services Specialists (TBSS) to work directly in our partner communities and schools, providing trauma-informed, strengths-based interventions to youth and families in need.
What You'll Do:
As a Therapeutic Behavioral Services Specialist, you'll act as the clinical lead for youth who exhibit behavioral challenges but may not require traditional therapy. Your work includes:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic assessments and behavioral screenings
- Delivering direct Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) and Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) tailored to each client's needs.
- Supporting school-aged clients in restoring social and coping skills, improving relationships, and building community connections.
- Partnering closely with caregivers, school staff, and community stakeholders to foster a collaborative, wraparound approach to care.
- Facilitating one-on-one and group-based behavioral health interventions during and after school hours.
