Required Qualifications:
- Licensed as one of the following in Tennessee: LCSW, LMSW, LAPSW, LMHC, LPC-MHSP, LPC-MHSP/T, LMFT, or LMFT/T.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

- Engages in average of 22-25 client-facing hours per week. Consists of individual and group hours.
- Conducts accurate Biopsychosocial Assessments as needed. Have knowledge and skills in recognizing symptoms of disorders according to DSM 5 criteria while documenting data to support diagnosis.
- Creates individualized treatment and continuing care plans that include multidisciplinary team input as well as involvement of the patient, referent, family, and other appropriate collateral resources.
- Conducts individual and group counseling using proven approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral treatment, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and 12-step facilitation principles. Position Summary:
Full-time Mental Health Therapist Licensed position available for our Behavioral Health Program in Vancouver, WA. This position supports the Adult Mobile Crisis unit, a community-based service. The MH Therapist provides assessments, referrals for psychiatric services, case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved with treatment. In addition, the therapist will provide individual counseling, crisis stabilization, suicide risk assessment and treatment plans, and lead therapy groups.
This position uses a patient registry to track and measure patient goals and clinical outcomes, and facilitate treatment adjustment if a patient is not improving as expected. The person in this position will utilize pay-for-performance mechanisms to support model fidelity and prioritize patient outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides consultation to Sea Mar staff regarding mental health and behavioral issues; and develops treatment plans with staff to address emotional needs and behavioral problems identified for patients.

Provides suicide risk assessment and develop treatment plans to address suicidal ideation or gestures. Uses case management as needed to provide follow through and build community support as follow through. Provides other crisis stabilization as needed.

Gathers information regarding past mental health services to be used in the individual’s treatment plan development. Provides mental health services referrals to patients prior to or following admission, and exchanges information with outside service providers.

Supports other staff regarding mental health needs of staff or patients. Maintains confidentiality, prevent splitting between staff and patients, and offer concrete ideas on handling challenging situations.
PRODUCTIVITY STANDARD
- Produces at a minimum 4 treatment encounters per day and at a minimum 920 clinical
encounters per year.
Education and/or Requirements:

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology or social work, which includes course work in psychological diagnostics, is required.

Experience with the MHIP model of care, patient registries, and collaborative care required.

At least four years of clinical experience in the field.

Responsible for his/her individual continuing education hours and licensing fees. The Licensed
Mental Health provider must possess an active, approved license from the Washington State
Department of Health at all times. Must meet criteria of a Mental Health Professional (MHP).
- Must hold and maintain an active Washington State Mental Health Counselor License, Marriage
and Family Therapist License, or Independent Clinical Social Worker License.

Our primary location, Spring Mountain Treatment Center, focuses on the stabilization of acute symptoms for patients age 5 to 65, along with select outpatient care programs for teens. Our secondary location, Spring Mountain Sahara, houses our Adult Outpatient and Senior Adult Inpatient programs.
Spring Mountain Treatment Center is a 110-bed mental health facility that provides acute crisis stabilization services for adults, teens, and children in a secure inpatient setting. QualificationsREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Masters degree in social work or equivalent masters degree in a recognized mental health field
- LCSW, LCPC, LMFT or LADC licensure required in good standing in Nevada State.
- Experience with age-specific inpatient setting preferred

- Knowledge of developmental psychology of adolescent and adults and have the capacity to identify pertinent clinical information
- Prossess knowledge of clinical issues related to substance abuse patients and their discharge planning
- BLS Basic Life Support certification

Position Summary
The Clinical Case Manager performs social services functions to include assisting patients in meeting their biopsychosocial needs while enabling them to access through therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health, including providing basic consultation, teaching, complete specialized clinical social work services for patients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, and providing information and referrals as needed.
QualificationsEducation: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
Experience : Requires a minimum of one-three (1-3) years' experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills. Combination of education, licensure and experience and or student internship hours may be considered.
License: Must possess a state licensure: LPC, LPC-I, LCDC, LMFT, LMSW or LCSW.
Additional Requirements: CPR and CPI training must be completed prior to beginning work. Must be able to pass a competency exam for the area upon hire.
Work Hours: This is a FT exempt position. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 800am - 5:00pm.
