- Verify, provide feedback, and update electrical schematics appropriately and in a timely manner

- Preventive Maintenance (PM) - inspection & measurement of equipment components for proper function applying specifications, drawings, and written instruction on pre-defined schedules

Execute assigned or scheduled work orders in support of projects and process improvement (PI) efforts identified as critical to business objectives.
Mentor Reliability Electrician II's & III's in development of needed skills, while continuing to strengthen personal skills through assisting Reliability Electrician V's in installation, upgrades, and removal of general electrical systems.
CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Safety practices - LOTO, Confined Space, PPE, Hot Work, PIT, Fall Protection, Hoisting & Rigging
- Calculator and Computer application work order documentation, parts requisitioning
- Measurement units, techniques and application of appropriate tools including Process Calibrators, oscilloscope, IR camera, data loggers, and data archival and analysis
- Math skills to include:
- Arithmetic
- Application of formulas such as current, voltage, etc.
- Conversion of measurement units
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics/prints, updating electrical prints/schematics assigned for modification

Position Overview
Position Objective: The maintenance planner/scheduler is a key element in the implementation, standardization, and maintenance of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). The Maintenance planner/Scheduler serves as a liaison to plant management, production personnel, maintenance supervisors, engineers, supply room personnel, and the SHARP committees. The main function of the planner/scheduler is to ensure efficient and effective scheduling and planning of work orders and preventative as well as predictive maintenance.
Responsibilities:
+ Ordering and documentation of new and repair parts, materials and tools for each job planned.
+ Interact with contractors and vendors when necessary to perform jobs outside of the timeline or abilities of the facilities employees.
+ Coordinating with Production and Engineering about required tasks. Working with all Department Managers, Process Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, Storeroom Personnel and Leads.
+ Create work orders with required manpower and listing needed parts. Working with Purchasing, Maintenance Supervisors, and stockroom personnel.
+ Create requisitions, attached to work order where possible, working with purchasing, stockroom personnel and vendors.
+ Schedule work based on available time from Production, Maintenance and parts availability. Assisting and working with Production, Purchasing, and Maintenance Supervisors.
+ Coordinate with contractors to perform tasks. Assisting and working with Contractors, Production, Purchasing and Maintenance.
+ Perform Service Entries after completion of work by contractor, assisting and working with Purchasing and Contractors.
+ Exercise considerable judgment to evaluate equipment, establish maintenance procedures and schedules. Decisions affect the entire department and major production equipment.
+ Scheduling the priority (sequence) that jobs will be done in. Recommendations of reconfiguration and/or major component changes of equipment.
+ Complete Advanced Safety Audits as required by management.
+ Assist in identifying and addressing issues in storeroom with the accessibility, documentation, and availability of critical parts. Also responsible for updating and maintaining "Master BOM" with Plant Engineer's assistance.
Requirements:
+ High School Diploma/GED required, 2 or 4 year degree preferred
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft word processing and spreadsheets
+ Preferred maintenance planning experience, or flooring manufacturing experience
