Cargomatic is hiring a Carrier TMS Systems Analyst with deep experience with Transportation Management System application management to join our team including but not limited to Trinium, Profit Tools, and PortPro.This role will operate as the creator of dashboards and reports, which will support with providing data-driven insights to facilitate decision-making in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Carrier TMS Systems Analyst is responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive business analysis and data integrity. What You'll Be Doing

  • Take a leadership role in Trinium, Profit Tools, and other TMS system implementation and act as a change agent; this will include troubleshooting and resolving issues as well as conducting end user training, including writing procedures, and support
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards with TMS systems
  • Provide analytics and performance monitoring to inform operational, functional, and business strategy
  • Provide data validation and design QC processes to assure data integrity

This Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and optimizing the supply chain process, collecting and analyzing data to identify inefficiencies, reviewing contracts and bid proposals, forecasting demand and recommending inventory levels, collaborating with various departments to improve logistics, tracking key performance indicators, implementing and maintaining new supply chain technologies, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and negotiating favorable terms. The ideal Supply Chain Analyst for this role should have excellent communication skills, great sourcing skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Major Responsibilities
· Monitoring compliance for accurate documentation of supply chain processes and policies
· Recommend inventory levels to prevent overstock or shortages
· Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve workflow
· Create bidding proposals for materials/goods and services
· Research and identify new internal control policies
· Evaluate supplier performance and suggest improvements
· Develop contingency plans to mitigate supply chain disruptions
· Present findings and recommendations to senior management
Requirements
The ideal Supply Chain Analyst will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.

**Description:** Recruiting for a Supply Chain Analyst based in our headquarters Irvine, CA to help support EM Plan related activities.
**Responsibilities:** Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following
+ Modify / maintain JDE ERP transactions as requested including PO s / credit / RTS / RGA
+ Track / followup / reconcile on all incoming EM supply including ASN transactions including Vizigo process
+ Work with Deliver to improve monthly projected receipt accuracy
+ Collaborate with Planners / Warehouse / finance to resolve receiving issues.
+ Manage generation / distribution of EM supplier OTIF reporting process
+ Support EM MPS process including but not limited to Swiftlink / System data cleanup maintenance / wkly file generation / direct ship
+ Support EM IBP deck generation
+ Support plan team with system data requests
+ Support supply chain / planning projects as needed e.g. improve supply chain flexibility, reduce costs, etc.
+ Support business planning and financial planning processes and leverage lean concepts and Six Sigma tools to develop and effectively implement advanced Supply Chain solutions, processes, and systems improvements.
+ Create and utilize in-depth analytical tools to support issue resolution, decision making, and execution oversight
+ Contribute to attaining and driving improvements to Key Performance Indicators, including forecast accuracy MAPE, bias , inventory entitlement, Slow Moving/Obsolete SLOB , and customer service LIFR .
+ Perform other duties assigned as needed

**Must Have:**
+ Strong Analytical / data analysis experience required.
+ Strong sense of responsibility with extreme attention to detail is a must
+ Ability to work independently and ensure 100 of all assigned tasks are proactively completed.
+ Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills are required.
+ Hunger to learn and a passion for root cause analysis / process improvement.
+ Experience with Microsoft suite is a must
+ Advanced Excel skills are critical .
+ Bachelor s degree required.
+ 1 to 2 years of supply chain planning / purchasing / Logistics / materials management experience is strongly preferred.
+ Experience with ERP systems is strongly encouraged JDE, SAP and BlueYonder is preferred .

**GDIT** is seeking a **Supply Chain Analyst** to help support our **MCSIL program.**
A **Supply Chain Analyst** is needed to join our growing **MCSIL program** in **Point Mugu, California.** You will collaborate with procurement, supply chain and production floor engineers to support tracking and flow of components for production builds. Your duties will include updating and managing the program's knowledge base regularly.
**This position requires the person to work at the customer site in Point Mugu Naval Air Station, CA**
**In this role, a typical day will include:**
+ Job Duties require Knowledge and Experience with typical software and databases used in procurement, supply chain management, and inventory such as:
+ Load tickets from Procurement Board
+ Upload copy to Confluence
+ Update line items upon receipt

+ Attach labels and schedule shipment pickup w/ freight carrier
+ For classified shipments, create DD1149 forms and Weights & Measurements doc
+ Correspond with base shipping department for large freight shipments
+ Track and verify shipments arrive to correct contact

+ Receive packages and verify material against Purchase Request (PR)
+ Identify components that require acceptance testing
+ Stock/distribute items to appropriate projects/POCs
+ Obtain government signature on receipts and send to for closeout

+ Ensure parts returned for MRB have documentation (NCR)
**Qualifications:**

The likely salary range for this position is $56,950 - $77,050. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
