Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Summarize the organization’s needs and goals in clear and concise themes and epics.
Divide the overall project goals into prioritized deliverables for sequential and focused progress.
Resolve ambiguous business priority conflicts.
Maintain integrity and guide the evolution of themes and epics.
Prioritize user stories for sequential and focused team progress, clarifying the definition of “done” for each user story.
Adjust project priorities according to evolving business and project conditions.
Include technical debt reduction in all priority considerations.
Collect and respond to customer and stakeholder feedback, appropriately adjusting future scope, timing and priority of deliverables.
Adjust scope, priority and timing of deliverables in collaboration with the development team, product line management and other stakeholders.
Validate that working software is “done” according to the adopted definition of done.
Ensure new code conforms to established coding standards, design specification and performance goals.
Guide the team to a clear definition of deliverable business value for each sprint and quarter.
Work closely with the product management team to maintain alignment of the team’s deliverables with broader company strategic goals.
Ensure transparency, alignment and understanding of team focus and direction among all stakeholders.
Ensure the team and stakeholders maintain focus on quality over quantity.
Prioritize defect investigation and correction according to business conditions.
Promote transparency to the team regarding current business and product investments.
Bring knowledge of TMS systems to the organization.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Supply Chain Management, or a relevant area of study
3 or more years of experience in a related field or position
Ability to effectively troubleshoot technical issues, analyze complex problems, and formulate alternative approaches
Effective English written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare and deliver oral presentations
Ability to present business process flows and technical applications
Comfortable working on multiple projects and task simultaneously, excellent attention to detail
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Logistics operations and commonly used integration types and formats preferred

The Fall Athletic Event Manager will help to provide a safe, well organized event for student athletes and event attendees and to provide support as directed by the Administration at athletic events.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This list of essential job functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary. Depending upon individual assignment, the employee may perform all or a combination of several of the following duties and other duties as assigned:
- Check on gym/field set-up and assure that the game area is ready for play.
- Assist with set-up of athletic fields/game areas per the direction of the building administrator, including scoreboard/clock and public address systems. Lining the baseball and fastpitch fields.
- Coordinate activities with Maintenance and Grounds personnel.
- Welcome the officials and if necessary show them where they can change or what room they can use during half time.
- Greet the visiting coaches and administrators.
- Monitor and assist in the management of fans. Assure that fans are in appropriate areas and that they are respectful to the facilities and others at the event.
- Be visible to event participants.
- During half time, escort the opposing team to and from their locker room/designated changing area. Make sure area is locked when not in use.
- Keep aisles and exits clear and unblocked.
- Enforce district regulations and guidelines for the contest being played.
- In the event of emergency and in the absence of the building administrator, do what is necessary to ensure the safety of all participants and spectators.
- Provide first aid and make sound judgment regarding calling emergency personnel in the event of injury.
- Assist with tear-down of athletic fields/game areas per the direction of the building administrator.
- Assure that all equipment related to the event is put away and secured.
- Assure that all offices, locker rooms; and other areas not necessary to the event are locked. Only restrooms should be unlocked during the contest.
- Return all borrowed keys, radios, or cell phones to the office and make sure the office is locked.
- Assure that ticket sellers and ticket takers are in place and have cash boxes.
- If directed, assist sales staff with ticket/gate reconciliation.
- If directed, be responsible for gate and concessions deposits
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a positive way with students, parents, and community members.
- Knowledge of district regulations and guidelines for each event.
- Ability to lift, move, and set-up event equipment.
- Knowledge or ability to learn how to set-up and use sound system and scoreboards.
- Ability to work with coaches, officials and administrators to assure a safe environment for participants and spectators.
- Ability to provide leadership that assures student and spectator safety in emergency situations.
The work environment characteristics described are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The Event Manager will work in a variety of outdoor settings or a gymnasium depending upon the event. Must be willing to work outdoors in inclement weather; may be required to lift, carry equipment, walk, and stand for prolonged periods; may be exposed to high noise levels and childhood diseases; and may experience a multitude of demands and changing priorities with frequent interruptions.

Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE NON-BARGAINING UNIT POSITION. This position is for a Logistics Management Specialist/Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist, PD Numbers D1963000/D1959000, and is part of the MT Air National Guard, 120 LRS. (A Position Description can be obtained from HRO) Selecting Official: Col Jason Green Responsibilities This position is responsible for the effective management of the Deployment and Distribution Flight which is comprised of a Plans and Integration Section; Small Air Terminal Section; and Distribution Section. Its primary purpose is to direct and manage subordinate functional areas and to serve as a technical expert over these functional areas. This position provides supervision, subordinate guidance, and team leadership to dual status employees. Incumbent performs long term planning and organizational development necessary to accomplish Deployment and Distribution functions for programs essential to ANG daily operations, training, and readiness missions. Responsible for the centralized command and control, planning, and execution of all wing deployment operations and the distribution of cargo and passengers. The flight is responsible for the execution of AEF Management, Unit Type Code (UTC) Management, In-Garrison Expeditionary Site Planning, and Installation Deployment Planning. The Deployment and Distribution Flight also operates a Deployment Control Center (DCC), Reception Control Center (RCC), and Installation Deployment Readiness Cell (IDRC), as necessary. This flight is responsible for the management of the wing's War Reserve Materiel (WRM) and Support Agreements. Additionally the flight is the single installation transportation authority for planning, managing, and executing the movement of personnel as well as the shipment and receipt for DoD cargo; during day to day and contingency operations. Exercises direct supervision over subordinate personnel. Exercises independent judgment in directing subordinates, to include assigning responsibilities, providing guidance, and establishing standards of performance. Establishes and explains expected goals and assesses overall performance in reaching these objectives. Establishes, revises, or reviews policies, procedures, mission objectives, and organizational design for the staff, as necessary, to eliminate work problems or barriers to mission accomplishment, promote team building, implement quality improvements, or in response with regulatory compliance and/or customer requirements. Recommends and participates in the selection of functional supervisors/employees. Approves leave and work schedules. Sets performance standards and conducts formal and informal appraisals of individual and flight performance. Reviews and evaluates performance indicators. Reviews training requirements, directs accomplishment of the training, and evaluates results. Counsels employees regarding problems and complaints. Resolves informal complaints through discussion and negotiation with employees, supervisors and union representatives, and mediates problems between subordinate flights. Initiates and reviews proposals for disciplinary action, when necessary. Works to achieve the objectives of government-wide policies and programs within the unit, e.g., Equal Employment Opportunity, Labor-Management Relations, etc. Ensures compliance with safety, housekeeping, environmental policies and directives. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Military Grades: Enlisted E6 - E9; Officer O1 - O4 MILITARY REQUIREMENTS: Compatible military grade and assignment required prior to the effective date of placement. In compliance with Title 32 United States Code, the compatible military skill set is determined by the applicable service manpower requirements. Upon placement, individuals are assigned to the authorized position and its compatible military skill in accordance with Air force skill classification directives, statutes, and National Guard Bureau regulations. The Dual Status technician must obtain and maintain all military skill requirements in regard to training, education, certifications, experience. This is a commissioning opportunity for enlisted applicants. Candidates must have completed the Officer Screening Board prior to placement. The Field Technician is responsible for supporting Acceptance and Maintenance Testing efforts for the team, projects, and customers to which you are assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel to customer sites to inspect, test, troubleshoot, perform start-up and collect data on electrical systems.
- Supervise Trainees, Assistants, and Technicians in the completion of electrical testing duties.
- Guide, mentor, train, and supervise Level 1 and 2 certified NETA Trainees and Assistant Technicians.
- Observe testing, assign work on projects to capable technicians, ensure testing of similar items is consistent across test technicians
- Track project scope completion and communicate ABM and Customer Management
- Maintain, test, repair, rebuild, and replace low, medium, and high-voltage switchgear and circuit breakers.
- Troubleshoot automatic transfer switches.
- Test and inspect low, medium, and high-voltage cable installations.
- Maintain, test, and repair transformers and related equipment.
- Test and calibrate solid-state and electromechanical relays.
- Perform relay calibration and power metering.
- Conduct low and medium-voltage motor control center and contractor testing.
- Start-up, troubleshoot, and repair generator controls and transfer schemes.
- Test and commission protection and control systems on high voltage substations.
- Sample and interpret insulated fluids.
- Complete Job Hazard Analyses including but not limited to arc-flash and shock analyses
- Review and submit timecards, expense, and project reports.
- Document test results and complete field reports.
- Rotate emergency on-call duty.
- Maintain strict compliance with regulatory laws
- Assist in the sales process acting as the technical expert in electrical testing and maintenance of electrical equipment

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of electrical testing experience is preferred.
- Industrial Safety Processes and LOTO
- Electrical background, construction background, and/or Electrical Field Service Engineer (BSEE degree not required but a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and three-line drawings.
- Work safely in Low, Medium and High voltage applications.
- Experienced using various test equipment such as megger, hi-pot, WRM, TTR, power factor test set, high current breaker test sets, etc.
- Proficient in LOTO and Job Hazard Analysis practices.
- Record and interpret test data (components, power quality, engineering studies, etc.)
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Exhibit Professionalism at all times.
