A company in the Colorado Springs, CO area is looking for a Mission Operations Analyst to join their team at Schriever Space Force Base to support classified programs. The Mission Operations Engineers will support, maintain and monitor a 24/7 Operations Environment and must be willing to work shift work.
This is a customer facing position and will coordinate operational activities in support of real-time operations for missile tracking and prediction systems. This role requires strong understanding of Linux operating systems and ability to troubleshoot, patch, script and provide overall Tier 1 & 2 support. Responsibilities will also include: troubleshooting software and OS to restore operational status, Technical presentations and analysis reports as required, Performance analysis of missile tracking and monitoring and maintaining system status. Knowledge and experience with Ground and Flight Test support and analysis, Linux System Administration and Tracking/log Real World Events is a plus. Pay Range: ~$70-115K annually. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
Schedule Details:
Shift differential pay incentive
Eligible for paid EWW (x1 pay for hrs worked over 80 hrs per two weeks)
Pitman Schedule: 12 hour shifts - 2on/3off - 2on/2off - 3on/2off (84 hours every two weeks)
Requires the ability to work every-other weekend, all holidays that fall within your scheduled shift, and rotating between day and night shifts every 4 months.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Federal IT with Enterprise Architecture engagements either within a consultancy or large Federal government environment. Previous experience in successfully using an EA framework in an enterprise IT context required.
  • Experience should include use of frameworks, methodologies, and tools, such as Gartner/META, TOGAF, DoDAF, FEA, Zachman.
  • Experience implementing use of TBM tools (i.e. Apptio, CostPerform).

Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent specialized experience.

  • Work experience related to law enforcement criminal investigations involving the collection and analysis of communications records.

  • Must possess skills and understanding to support customer requests based on Service Level Agreement's.

  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, etc.).

  • Excellent analytical skills and technical competence in a law enforcement context.

  • Possess good, positive and customer-oriented attitude along with demonstrated oral and written communications skills.

  • Familiarization with telecommunication and Internet communication technologies and/or law enforcement legal demand processes and procedures regarding the lawful collection of data.

  • Must have at least 3 years of hands-on job-related experience in two or more of the following specialized experiences:

  • Analysis of Communications Service Provider (CSP) communications records (i.e. Call Detail Records - CDR).

  • Implementing and managing CALEA voice and broadband related ELSUR solutions, knowledge of CALEA protocols, intercept solutions and commercial CALEA collection systems.

  • Legal aspects of real-time lawfully authorized intercepts for voice, messaging and broadband communications.

  • Lawful intercept collection systems hardware and software for voice, messaging and broadband communications.

  • Telecommunications and advanced communications services and applications.

  • Geo-location, geo-spatial technology and commercial locations services analysis.

  • Investigative or analytical experience specific to social media platforms and open-source investigations and analysis.

Position Description:

CGI Federal is currently looking for a Junior Business Systems Analyst with an active Top-Secret clearance to support a large project for a federal government client. The Junior Business Systems Analyst will act as a liaison between the business function and information systems, providing technical/functional expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing basic systems.
