HYBRID POSITION | ONSITE THREE DAYS A WEEK AT JOSTENS' CORPORATE OFFICE (MINNEAPOLIS, MN)
ABOUT YOU:
As a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst, you will play a vital role in executing and supporting Jostens' compensation and benefits programs across both U.S. and international employee populations. You'll ensure that total rewards programs are administered accurately, remain compliant with legal requirements, and are aligned with business strategy. You will leverage your analytical skills, attention to detail, and understanding of HR systems to manage program data, conduct compensation analysis, deliver insights, and support the day-to-day operations of our Total Rewards strategy.
YOU WILL:
+ Manage Day-to-Day Total Rewards Operations. Oversee the daily administration of compensation and benefits programs for employees. Deliver Total Rewards guidance by incorporating external market trends, insights, and cost analysis into recommendations that support the business. Provide support to employees, managers, HR partners, process and/or troubleshoot program eligibility, enrollment, and other issues that arise. Ensure accurate documentation and administration processing of Total Rewards programs. Maintain job description database.
+ Administer and Support Annual Cycles. Develop communications and trainings for Total Rewards programs including annual enrollment, retirement, merit, incentive plan payouts, and bonus cycles. Implement all aspects of the annual program processes, oversee employee experience, and manage the project plans, to support effective execution. Administer all US and Global compensation programs including base pay changes, annual/quarterly and other incentive plans, including sales incentive payment process and special incentive programs.
+ Deliver Strategic Insights. Conduct Total Rewards analytics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to leadership. Analyzes trends and costs to make and implement recommendations. Assist with Total Rewards program budgets. Create program funding projections for Finance and/or other partner.
+ Maintain System Integrity. Ensure accurate data entry and administration in HRIS systems related to compensation and benefits.
+ Develop Program Communications. Create employee-facing content, presentations, and trainings to improve program understanding.
+ Conduct Compensation Evaluations. Perform job evaluations including review of job duties, job and market analysis, develop recommendations for grade assignment, FLSA status and incentive eligibility. Evaluate job duties, conduct market and internal analysis to create and/or maintain. Skill Base Pay programs for production staff.
+ Participate in Surveys & Benchmarking. Submit data to third-party surveys and use insights to inform compensation strategies.
+ Ensure Compliance. Manage and maintain compliance related to compensation and benefits administration: 5500 reporting, NDT, ACA, FLSA, Minimum Wage Reviews, etc. Maintains current and accurate program documentation, meets filing deadlines, and ensures program compliance with applicable regulations: Plan/Program Documents, SBCs, enrollment guides, Summary Annual Reports, Anti-discrimination testing, 5500 reports, audits, etc. Leverages Total Rewards best practices and knowledge of regulatory changes to recommend program changes. Participates in the development of the Total Rewards strategy aligned with the organization's business strategy in compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
+ Support Special Projects. Maintain and Audit Benefits & Compensation data in HRIS systems. Support the broader Total Rewards team in other total rewards programs and HR systems, serving as a back up to others on the team. Support other project as needed.
YOU HAVE:
+ Education & Experience. 4-year degree with 2-4 years of experience (or equivalent combination) in an HR or Total Rewards function. Preferred SPHR, PHR, CEBS, CCP, or other related HR certifications.
+ Technical Skills. Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred experience working with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms.
+ Analytical Strength. Proven ability to analyze data, spot trends, and make data-backed recommendations.
+ Total Rewards Knowledge. Understanding of compensation, benefits, and time off programs and related compliance requirements. Preferred strong business acumen. Understanding of business drivers and how total rewards impacts broader organizational performance.
+ Project & Time Management. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
+ Confidentiality. Capable of managing sensitive and confidential data with professionalism.
+ Collaboration & Customer Service. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

The Senior Analyst, Total Rewards is a detail-oriented and analytical professional who will support our global law firm's People team. Primary Responsibilities:
The following responsibilities should be carried out in accordance with firm protocols, policies and procedures and best practices. The below is not an exhaustive list but provides an expectation of the likely day-to-day responsibilities.
Compensation Analysis & Administration:
- Support the annual compensation review process, merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.
- Manage the process of job evaluation and grading, including making day-to-day recommendations for pay bands using benchmarking tools.
- Lead and actively participate in salary surveys, monitoring compliance requirements in the global market.
- Manage global benefit programs in partnership with brokers, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, EAP, etc., to ensure compliance with government regulations and that benefit levels are consistent with cost objectives.
- Partner with global office managers and brokers to manage communications of benefits offerings to newly hired staff and serve as a resource to existing staff to address their benefits questions.
- Develop and maintain compensation, benefit, and management reports using Workday and other reporting tools.
- Generate insights and analytics on compensation trends, turnover, and workforce demographics.
- Act as the primary point of contact for compensation, benefits, and global mobility-related vendors, including survey providers and compensation software tools.
- Manage vendor relationships with all Total Rewards external consultants, partners, and brokers.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Reporting modules.
- Configure and maintain compensation structures and reporting templates within Workday.
- Support projects such as performance cycles, compliance, business professional training, leave, and absence management.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3-5+ years of experience in compensation analysis, market pricing, and job evaluation methodologies.
- Compensation analysis and reporting experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Proven track record of using strong analytical skills to produce high-quality, accurate management information.

At the time of posting, the salary range for this role is $ 98,000 (minimum) - $130,000 (maximum). This range is based on a full-time work schedule. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary bonus. SUMMARY
The Analyst II in Total Rewards (International Benefits) holds a pivotal position in the organization, providing essential support in the design, implementation, and administration of the total rewards programs. Your core objective is to collaborate with the Total Rewards team, contributing to the development and management of benefits and other reward strategies. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
May include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Support international benefits team with focus on mobility including Relocation, Immigration, Auto Reimbursement Programs and other global benefit programs.
- Manage company sponsored immigration processes with Immigration Council including common visa types such as H-1B, L-1 and permanent residency.
- Help maintain integrity of benefit data within Workday system and assist with benefit related inquiries directed to shared benefits team email inbox.
- Partner with vendors, local HR, and business leaders to design and implement benefit plans, or modify existing plans to ensure compliance with local requirements and alignment with market practice.
- Support Annual Canadian Open Enrollment process.
- Conduct research and analysis of benefits practices to ensure competitiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to local HR and business leaders on benefit-related matters specific to international locations, best mobility practices, and Westlake HR policies
