Glass Doctor is looking for a Customer service Rep. in our Ft. Lauderdale/Oakland Park location. The right candidate MUST HAVE PREVIOUS GLASS, AUTO PARTS OR SERVICE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE. Must possess the following skills/characteristics: Excellent phone skills, able to Handle multi line phones, ability to work in a fast paced environment, be able to multi-task, experience working with vehicles, outgoing personality, highly organized, the ability to work well with others and excellent computer skills. This is a full time position and candidate must be highly reliable/dependable. Duties are working with customers, answering phones, filing, coordinating and routing technicians, ordering parts, helping in opening and closing of the store. 5 Day work week. Looking for someone who wants to make a difference with a positive attitude. Sales background a big plus.
