- Develop detailed event budgets and meticulously track expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with a network of high-quality vendors and suppliers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in event planning and management, with a focus on luxury events or high-profile functions.
- Proven ability to manage complex event logistics for events with 100+ attendees.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing significant event budgets.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and virtual collaboration tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with on-site responsibilities in Austin, Texas .
