Overview

Responsibilities

Product Development and New Programs Closing

About The Role:

We are seeking a high-performing, self-sufficient FP&A Manager to join our Data Center Infrastructure finance team. The FP&A Manager will support the Data Center operations and Supply Chain team to prepare, analyze, and report financial and operational information to increase financial transparency, drive performance, and promote proactive business planning. As Project Manager, Finance and Supply Chain at Endeavor Health, you will be responsible for leading, overseeing and ensuring the successful delivery and management of single or multiple projects within scope, quality, time and cost constraints that may be clearly defined or may require dynamic change management to deliver business value.   • Manages a portfolio of work and routinely spends a portion of time facilitating governance meetings with key stakeholders to collect status as well as ensure prioritization and alignment of projects and resources. Compiles and summarizes details to report on key metrics for senior leadership.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science or related field
  • Certification: PMP, CAPM or the commitment to certify for either within 6 months of start date
  • Experience: 3-5 years of project, portfolio or program management experience. Experience implementing and/or optimizing ERP and other Finance and/or Supply Chain corporate systems in a healthcare environment. preferred
  • Unique or Preferred Skills:
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking, troubleshooting and facilitation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.
  • Extensive experience in the application of project management principles and process improvement. methodologies. Very high level of analytical ability.
  • Build strong relationships with leaders within Finance and Supply Chain
  • Strong situational leadership, dispute/conflict resolution and customer service skills.
