**Duties & Responsibilities**

The Role:

Responsibilities:
+ Trade Operations: Oversee OMS relationships, run tri-party reconciliations, and process corporate actions across multiple product types to ensure seamless daily trading execution.
+ Accounting: Manage daily cash, position, and corporate action reconciliations with administrators and prime brokers; support NAV sign-off, annual audits, and fund tax preparations.

Job Overview & Responsibilities
The Global Trade Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting all facets of our operations to ensure strict compliance with U.S. Government export/import laws and regulations.
