- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing apprenticeship programs (e.g., DOL standards).

- Assist in the development of program materials and resources to support apprentice success.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, HR, recruitment, or workforce development, with a focus on apprenticeships or vocational training.
- Strong understanding of the skilled trades industry is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and regulations (e.g., Department of Labor requirements) is a significant asset.
