**Job Purpose and Impact**
The Trade Execution Coordinator II will coordinate, and plan export processes, customs documentation, shipping and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives at correct time. In this role, you will complete monetary transactions associated with the export in a timely manner.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Reconcile data for load orders, quality, claims, demurrage and dispatch cases.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with medium accounts, customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners.
- Work with external authorities to verify and comply with all customs requirements.
- Work with 3rd party fumigators, surveyors and laboratories to schedule appointments and obtain required certificates for export of the vessel.
- Ensure compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations.
- Prepare, review, approve and maintain files for export documents.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
This role requires strong operational precision and deep knowledge of the trade lifecycle. The role requires the candidate to lead a team of trading analysts and be a point of escalation for daily trade issues.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Execute and delegate equity and fixed income trades to custodians and external brokers, ensuring timely and accurate settlement.
* Investigate and escalate unusual or suspicious order activity and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the trade lifecycle.
* Coordinate trade allocations with external brokers, counterparties, and custodians to ensure consistency across systems.
* Reconcile executed trades across internal systems, custodians, and counterparties; research and resolve any trade discrepancies.
* Review and validate trade confirmations and booking accuracy for equity and fixed income products.
* Analyze and maintain compliance reports including MSRB, OATS, and TRACE for fixed income trading.
* Monitor and respond to corporate actions, margin alerts, and low cash balances in client portfolios.
* Address margin calls and cash shortfalls through proactive communication and resolution.
* Collaborate with Technology Team to test, validate, and roll out trading system enhancements.
